Should have listened when my friend told me not to go here because they always mess orders up! Regrettably, I gave them a shot... anyway. They literally messed up every item I purchased, and my order couldn?t have been more simple. I ordered the quesadillameal and ended up with a nasty looking burrito? I?ve also never had sour cream put all in a regular taco. And to top it off, Ididn?t get a straw for my drink it sauce for my taco. Now I see why the person in front of me was going off. Closed at 10:40pm while we were on line at the drive thru. Although sign stated they closed at 11pm. Which was ok, just change... the closing sign then. Read more
The service has improved but as with previous visits, they were out of menu items with no substitute available
Two words describe this location, ghetto and unprofessional. They are often out of essential dishes such as potpies ????,... chicken wings, and ???? Fillups (bowls). They even run out of condiments and ice for your drinks. Wait times in the drivethrough are ofte excessive, and the employees unpolished and unprofessional. Read more
First order we made was on tacobell side and when we asked to change the hard taco in a combo to a soft we were ordering we were... told you can't substitute so had to order something else. Second order was on KFC side of menu started with they no longeroffer grilled chicken or popcorn chicken, was told they were out of all chicken sandwiches. Then ordered chicken littles withno sauce received them with sauce and my mashed potatoes were not mixed all the way as I had chunks of dry powder in them towere they were not edible. Got drinks with my combos and they were out of sweet tea, and all sodas in fountain were out saidsomething and was told sorry did not offer refunds for drinks at all. Only one person was wearing a mask and it was under herchin, floors had food and trash all over them behind the counter, tables in dining room were dirty, and manager looked as if shereally didn't want to be bothered about anything. As were were waiting for order another lady walked in and waited to begreeted and after 10 min decided to leave. I came to this Taco Bell for TWO things. Tacos and Nachos. Not only did they claim to no longer serve the Nachos Party Pack or... Grande Nachos, but when I finally received my Nachos Bell Grande that I was forced to settle on, I received burned nachos withbarely any sour cream, no lettuce, and no tomatoes. On top of that, my Taco Party Pack came with no sauce in the bag, for 12tacos! Will not be revisiting this location. The parking lot is always empty, and now I know the reason. Read more
So, my daughters wanted to eat inside. I didn?t know Taco Bells had insides. I only thought people drove-thru. Regardless, the... dining area was clean and modern. Our cashier was patient and helpful as I worked my way through the two menus, explaining thekids meals to me. My food was hot and freshly made/assembled ( I had the TB side). My daughters had popcorn chicken kids meals.The wedges, chicken, and Mac-n-cheese were hot. So, MY experience was top notch. The people that came behind me had a littlebit of wait at the cashier, but I can?t speak for them. Read more
