This Taco Bell consistently takes over 20 minutes when going through the drive through. Then the food isn?t even hot when you... get it. The staff is not overly friendly either. You would be better off driving a bit further out ? it would end up taking lesstime and the food would be fresher. Read more

Person working the drive through was very rude and spoke to me like I had just run over his dog, cut me off before I finished my... order, then continued to be rude after I said that I wasn?t done. When I got my food it was just thrown carelessly into the baglike it had been handled by a blind person with no arms, nothing was wrapped enough to hold in any contents, my nachos were 90%just crushed up crumbs, and I wasn?t given a receipt. They got my order wrong but charged me to replace the wrong order. Then the new order was shoved in bag falling apart. Tried to... politely tell the lady twice about the mistake they made but she slammed window in my face. Will never be back. Read more

I stopped here for a quick lunch after traveling before getting to my destination and the employees are rude and not helpful at... all. After getting my order wrong from the kiosk they make you use, I waited for over ten minutes for my items they ?forgot.?Instead of helping, two ladies stood and just stared at me, while whispering to each other the entire time before anotheremployee finally walked over to ask what I needed, then gave me 3 of my 4 forgotten items. Then when we finally sat down to eat,all of the food was cold. Cheese rolls ups and chicken quesadillas had no melted cheese at all because they were so cold. Thequesadilla had so much sauce inside, it just made it a soggy mess as well. The nachos and cheese sauce were laughable. Mydaughter couldn?t even eat them because the cheese sauce was so hard, it was just a block in the cup. The icees we were givenwere only half full, which sucks, given they were over $3 each. went inside to order, there were no customers inside and five or six cars in line for the drive-thru. There were two employees... in the dinning area, one eating and the other on his phone. I waited at the counter for two or three minutes with no oneacknowledging me in any way. Eventually the employee that was typing on his phone in the dinning room came around to theregister and just stared at me, not a word from him. I guess he was upset that I didn't use the kiosk, which meant he had toactually do something. I placed my order then I heard a grunt. I said excuse me? Again a grunt, I said say again, on the 3rd.try I realized he was saying "name". I gave my name and then went thru the same scenario to get the price ( the screen on myside of the register was blank). I paid, he gave me my change and cup, then without a word turned and went outside and lit acigarette and got back on his phone. I had ordered one item and when it came out the guy that had prepared it just dropped thebag on the counter and said nothing. When I went out the door the cashier was still outside on his phone and there was anothercustomer waiting at the counter. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous and a sign of horrible management. At leastthe food was decent. I usually avoid this store due to poor service. Read more
