Bryan the server seemed to be in a bad mood or stressed which okay we all go through that. I don’t think that you should... express all that when you’re in this kind of industry. Me and my wife were ready to come in and have a big bill and pay a goodtip. We were sat in the corner of the bar and just ignored the whole time. I’m a beer drinker so I wanted to take advantage ofthe 2 dollar bud lights but was ignored after I finished the first one. We asked for a side of ranch with our mozzarella sticksand the picture shows what it looked like. You could tip over that container and it would not poor out. Our best experience was been hosted by Denise Tyler! She went above and beyond! The way she kept cleaning her area made us feel... very safe! She made sure we had everything we needed and wanted! The only reason I'm giving 1 star is bc of the waitress. Awesome and timely service. Very pleasant. Now the food and the... portions left much to be desired. We ordered the artichoke dip.. it was ok. Fish and chips. The fish was overcooked. The mashedpotatoes were dry and the coleslaw container was only half filled. My husband ordered a steak only to be surprised by the sizeespecially for the price. His broccoli was half cooked with a dap of cold butter. Zero for the presentation of the food andnegative zero for the taste of the food. Again Kudos to the waitress as she did her best to make sure we were happy even offeredanother dish. We nicely declined. The first dish was enough for me. For the price of the food you would expect better portionsand a better presentation. Read more
Food was decent, the waitress was great. But 2 stars because they've raised the prices so much. I could've went to a privately... owned restaurant and my pasta would've come with bread sticks and salad for the table at the same cost, but better quality. Idon't expect the best experience at a chain restaurant but I do expect the price to make sense. I imagine once most people seetheir bill they aren't tipping because they didn't intend it to cost that much so that's really unfortunate for the waitresses.Bill was over $60 for two alfredos and a kids meal and $20 for her tip. I didn't intend to spend almost $100 and walk out readyto eat again within hours. Read more
This is by far the worst delivery order I have ever gotten! This is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money I paid to have... a nice dinner. I didn’t get all the food I ordered and the portions looked like something someone would throw away in thegarbage. This is unacceptable especially when we eat here a lot, normally inside but it shouldn’t matter we should have thesame experience. Also, when called to speak to a manager I was told there isn’t any available I’d have to call backtomorrow! Are you kidding me!?! Read more
LITERALLY the best Fridays location in Richmond. I had amazing service.They are very attentive. The manager Mr. Darren was super... kind. He told me I could call him D lol and I appreciated him making sure my mom had a great lunch. The bartender Petrice mademe a strawberry henny to die for!!! And she made it super quick. This was the worst of places that I could have chosen. When I first walked in, there wasn't a friendly greeting by the hostess.... The server appeared to not be interested in giving the best service. The food was not good(fish and chips) and I called myselfordering something simple to make it easy for them. Everyone that worked their seemed disinterested with their jobs. Iunderstand short staffed but customer service should always be the priority. If that can't happen, closed the restuarant untilyou find people who understands this basic concept. Read more
