Went to this location and the cook walked out at 8:30 and didn?t want to cook anymore food before next shift! So we couldn?t... place our order. Beatles on the floor! Just a mess Everytime we ?try? to go to this location they aren?t talking phone orders,won?t serve you in the location or just excuses. No thank you Waffle House. We will pass from now on. Read more
Even though the restaurant was swamped, the staff was extremely friendly & served us in a timely manner. The restaurant was... clean as well. They did an excellent job with getting the order correct as well. I would definitely go back to eat there. Read more

Worst Waffle House ever? all of them foreal are horrible, but wanted breakfast tonight. Walked in and the girl behind the... counter said I have a lot of prep work to do so I?m not serving any more customers. Just horrible customer service! They need tohire better people. This location is two miles from my home. It was around 3AM when I left. I walked there as an exercise in Handling my anxiety.... The trip did not go as well as I had hoped. I showed up looking rough. Despite all that: The service I received was excellent.One employee was taking care of everything. The restaurant was very clean and the employee provided everything I asked for. Feltbetter on my way out. Thank you Waffle man. You helped me get through the day with the kindness you showed me. Plus the foodwas delicious. I gave the bacon to my cats when I got home. My fiancé and I went to this location today. The Caucasian manager who seemed to be disabled was really rude. He didn?t greet... us, and refused to take our walk in to go order when another location did on Hull St. One of the servers was about to take ourorder before 1pm, and the manager yelled loudly that they weren?t taking any to go orders. I felt like we were beingdiscriminated against. I drove out my way to go to this location, and I expect something to be done because I support WaffleHouse all the time. That manager on Ironbridge has no management skills, and needs to be replaced, because of his horriblecustomer service. Also no sign was posted that to go orders were not being accepted. Read more
Perfectly made breakfast and gave them a nice cash tip for the waitress and cook.
Extremely slow service tonight at 1130. Incompetent waitress who barely remembered our order. We sat close enough that I heard... her tell the cook our order in which I had to correct. Asked for apple butter they were out so strawberry it was, well so Ithought. Never got that either. OE eggs totally over cooked. Had to wait about 10mins before I was able to ask for a recook asthe waitress and cook were both MIA. By the time I got my eggs my toast was cold. I was supposed to have a chocolate chipwaffle, she brings a plain waffle and my husband's blueberry waffle with the blueberry nuggets cooked in. Had to get the plainone remade but hey that was a east fix just throw chips on top and that's what I got. Unmelted hard chocolate chips on a coldwaffle yayy. Hashbrowns were burnt. Drinks were never refilled but then again she never checked back anyway had to ask for a boxto take my cold waffle home to reheat to melt the chocolate chips but of course the waitress had no problem dropping the checkimmediately after the food and running off to who knows where. Definitely did not tip and I sincerely hope you didn't expectone. Read more
