So I've been to this WaWa quite a few times and most of the experiences have been good. Recently it has fallen off due to a... cashier named Samiya. This young woman is terrible. She has zero customer service skills. Last time I was there she was textingon her phone while not speaking to the people checking out. Never once did I hear her say thank you! This time she was justplain rude. Some people are good at customer service but she lacks anything that would make her decent. Find a job that suitsyour terrible personality better!! Read more

I was there about 2:45 on 06/29 and the person working the register was about as friendly as a rattlesnake. A tall, elderly man... with glasses, he couldn't be bothered to treat me like a human being even though I gave him initial respect. He can go take along swim in a deep ocean. I would rather starve to death and/or run of fuel before ever stopping in there again. Read more

Why are you all locking out items on your menu due to "short staffing" This has happened several times in the past 2 weeks and... is very inconvenient for people who are trying to come in before work and waste their time just to be told you are not makingcertain food or beverages because you don?t have enough help. If you can run the store how it?s supposed to be run, then shut itdown until you have a full staff. Stop advertising that you have items that you are not willing to sell. You are not lockingitems out that you ran out of you?re just locking things out that you all don?t feel like making. Unprofessional. Read more

They cannot properly toast or butter a bagel. Made me wait over 10 minutes for a single bagel and I had to get a refund for... anyways. Bagel was basically warm bread that they threw a bit of butter on(DID NOT EVEN SPREAD THE BUTTER) and handed it to melike i would be ok with it. Got a refund after waiting another 2-3 minutes but a huge waste of time when i have to get to work Read more

So my rating is based on the customer service and the promptness of order being prepared. This location is super busy and pretty... tidy based on how people are usually in at a time. It?s took approximately 7 minutes after submitting my order on the kiosk. Nottoo pleased with the presentation of my breakfast sandwich. I chalked it up to they want to get the orders out fast. Now theyoung lady who made my drink thought wiping the counter was more important than passing my drink after asking me my number but????. Other than that?.will I visit this location again??? Ummm.
