They say there is no such thing as a free lunch. Thank you for proving them wrong (in the app.) Front of house cashier was kind... and attentive. I did pay $.30 for the large fry and not sure what the regular amount of fries is but it was delicious and itdid satisfy. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised today. I visited Zaxbys off of Staple Mills road. Not only was the customer service goid but the food... was fresh and we received a good amount. Lately Zaxbys has been giving very small portions. Way less than you should get for theprice. But today I was pleased. Read more

Will never go to this location again. The lady taking the order in the drive thru was extremely rude for no reason, claimed they... didn?t make a certain item that was clearly on their menu, and completely left off one of my combo orders and replaced it with alarge drink. When I got to the drive thru window, I was told to wait by the side door for my order, and I asked for my receiptthere because I felt like my total didn?t match my order, which it didn?t. I told them that my order was messed up, and theperson took my receipt. I had to wait several minutes in a drive thru rush for my order. When my food finally came out, it stillhadn?t been fixed, so I asked for a refund. I had to fight through the drive thru traffic to park to get the refund. Apparentlythe rude lady who took my order was one of the managers or supervisors, and she asked me why I needed a refund. When I told hermy order was messed up, she rudely responded that they were short staffed. I responded that I understood, but that is not anexcuse for her extreme and unprovoked rudeness. I did get my refund, but her rudeness and ignorance is inexcusable. Also, don?tbother contacting corporate, because they ignore you as well. In summary, stay away from this location. It?s kind of been goingdownhill for awhile now? Read more

What a delight to find a location which takes money off the listed price when you remove the meat! The "garden" version of the... Blue Salad is delicious, and vegetarians aren't subsidizing meat eaters. Read more

The food is so yummy the staff was friendly but under staffed so you had to wait forever for the food. We ordered 4 milkshakes... with our meals and 20 minutes later after almost finishing our food still no shakes. We drive over an hour to eat here and it'svery disappointing that they can't have enough people working so you can get your order in a timely manner. Read more
