Good is always good, delivery has always been timely. They don't screw you over with extra delivery charges.
Used the online ordering for delivery. After waiting more than an hour, I called to check on it. The guy who answered just said,... "We have no orders right now." I explained how and when I placed my order, and he just repeated himself verbatim. So, my cardwas charged $25, and I got no food, no apology, and no effort to make it right. That's not just bad customer service, it'stheft. These folks are scammers. Read more
They cancelled a $30 order because they didn’t have one drink I ordered but still charged me on my credit card (havnt seen a... refund yet, will edit if it comes). Much better and less SHADY options around, don’t support shady businesses in Richmond. Read more
The pizza was pretty good, but we ordered delivery and they did not include the tiramisu I paid for. When I called to inquire... about a refund, the guy said "we'll get it next time. We're busy." And that was it. Never experienced that in my life and realbummed to have paid any amount of money for something I never received. Read more
Visited with my mum - nice place, really kind and helpful staff. The pizza was soooo good and I am definitely coming back !! It... was made rather quickly as well (we got takeaway). But, I would not recommend getting half/ half pizza if one of you isvegetarian and the other meat eater. Even so we were both very happy with our sides :)) Read more
I've never edited my reviews this many times, but cannot express how good this place is. The food makes me almost cry it's so... good, and the customer service of staff and delivery drivers are exceptional. Edit: Every time I've ordered it's been spot on.Mozzarella sticks and sauce are exactly what they are supposed to be, thick crispy coating, well spiced, not the frozen kind youget elsewhere. Ranch dressing (very important) is yummy, maybe some dill in there? This is what pizza is supposed to tastelike!! Extra cheese pizza is definitely cheesy, crust is just right (not too thick, well cooked on the outside and "chewy" onthe inside), sauce & seasonings just right. Husband got the veal Parmesan sub, says it is very good - nice ratio ofmeat/cheese/sauce/bread. Order was delivered much more quickly than the ETA, by a very friendly delivery person. Just called to place an order and the guy on the line was extremely rude and made it sound like he was being inconvenienced.... Plenty of pizza out there, no need to put up with nasty service. Read more
