One of the employees began puking in the dining area while I was trying to eat. Then they went back to work behind the counter.... Her face was inches from the donuts at one point. It was shocking and disgusting. Read more

Oof, I don't like giving bad reviews but this place has gone downhill ever since Lovebug left. I would go maybe once per month... and Lovebug never made a mistake, super friendly, quick, I don't know if they were a manager or what... but ever since Lovebugleft, I have not gotten even one correct order, and I order basic off-the-menu stuff like a sausage wake-up wrap. The folks whowork there are honestly nice people, they just don't pay attention. I have worked in fast food before and know what it's like tobe totally checked out and just be there for the paycheck, but... the job is a lot easier when you're not making carelessmistakes, because then you don't have to deal with angry customers. The customer service at this dunkin is of the worst I have experienced. The manager is RUDE. The poor cashier had to ask her 3... times to open the register so she could take my order. Besides the horrible customer service fact, I ordered a large sweet teaand it tasted like some HORRIBLE old coffee/sugar/tea concoction. It immediately went in the trash. Came here from out of town with my family. Thought we could have a good sit down break. Service is horrible and rude. What... looked like management was rude to all customers. This store needs to start over with new staff. From the other reviews..nothing has changed. Read more

Understaffed and out of everything. The workers are doing their best, but there's just too few of them. Service is slow and... you'll likely have to settle for your 2nd or 3rd choice on the menu because they always seem to be out of stuff. Hopefully it'sjust a temporary problem but it's been like this for a few months. Read more

Every time I go to this store I get the worse and worse experience. The staff won?t greet and I just wished happy 4th and... instead of wish you the same, the women replied what I want. She started to get my order while on her phone, she dropped herphone- picked it up from the floor and started to pick my donuts. I asked her to wash her hands or wear gloves. Terrible. Everything. The food, the customer service, the wait time for one, single donut. I?m 2 for 2 with a one-star... experience. The staff is unpleasant. It?s not rocket science, don?t take a job that requires you to be face-to-face with otherpeople on a regular basis if you can?t even fake a smile. There is no sense of urgency or accuracy. Management needs to re-trainor replace ASAP. Read more
