We enjoyed our food, so I'll rate 4 stars because what we did eat was delicious, however they didn't have any fountain beverages... and were out of teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. While we were eating in they were having to tell many people that thingswere out or gone (like beyond meat, for example, was completely gone.) They were very kind and apologetic and offered us a freeappetizer for the trouble which I appreciate and it's not the workers fault they have shortages, but management shoulddefinitely evaluate & plan their inventory better! This location has poor supply ordering management. They are consistently out of super greens making this particular location a... poor choice for those on low carb nutritional diets. I?ve come multiple times and have never been able to order thesevegetables. The only other alternative is carb-filled rice or sodium noodles. Read more

They wasn't taken any orders other than online! I put my order in at 6:16 pm. My order was due to be picked up at 6:25! I never... received my order an I left the location at 7:07 pm! Every time the team members came out to give out orders I was asking aboutmy order! She never came out with it. Their where people walking up placing order while standing rite there in line thatreceived the food before I did! I also asked for a refund the young lady told me I had to go back on what ever website I orderit on. Which was their website! I actually went some where else an ate. An when I got a chance I called the store back an spokewith a manager an she requested a refund for me. A whole hours waiting an got no food. Never again will I ever patronize thatlocation. Richmond Heights St Louis location! They really socks there!! Read more

I cannot, in good conscience, rate a restaurant experiencing "staffing issues" with anything more than a one-star rating.... Managers and owners need to pay their staff more and provide better working conditions. If nobody wants to work, look at thecommon denominator: the companies that suck to work for. There is nothing wrong with the staff or the location itself, just howthis location is managed. Read more

I do lots of reviews on Google I try to not do poor reviews unless it's something that is extreme or just unsatisfactory. In... this case I wanted to give a 1 star but I gave 2 for effort. I'm here to only share my experience as it was my 1st time at thislocation for a late lunch around 3pm. The 1st thing I noticed was a very unclean and disgusting serving area all of thedifferent entrées and sides were displayed food was everywhere. Dishes were missing and Dishes looked unfresh. I come fromyears of customer service not exactly food service but SERVICE. no one greeted me. The interaction was dry and bothersome to thestaff. The mod (manager on duty) was not managing or overseeing the staff. I was there for about 15 close to 20 minutes and thelack of a sense of urgency during what appeared to be a rush was interesting and disturbing. I requested fresh orange chickendue to the low amount in the serving bowl and how old it appeared. The portion I received for 2 bowls was very little comparedto those who ordered a 2 entrée and side plate. They were very welled staffed but yet disorganized and unclean in a manner Ihave never seen or experienced at one of the many locations I have been to in St. Louis. The manager was friendly but unaware asall she did was stand at the register rining guest out. After waiting close to 10 mins or more for fresh orange chicken I wasgiven a portion very small and mixed with old unacceptable orange chicken that should have been thrown out as it was unfit toserve. I was appalled after spend 24 on 2 bowls and 2 bottles of water. I did purchase the sweet fire chicken for a friend who Iwas meeting for lunch though it was also not fresh it was edible. I picked through my chicken bcbi ordered the orange chickenand due to over half of it being old, hard and trash I decided to save the other half and take my bowl back to be replaced. Idreaded going back and to my surprise which wasn't shocking another customer was there complaing smh. The Read more

I used to come here decently often, I?d say about once a week or so, but recently came less due to the apparent shortage of both... employees and supplies. This time that I visited, the floors and drink fountain area were disgusting. The quality of foodcertainly varies, but was absolutely horrible this time. A third of my bowl, which is supposed to be half and half, wasundercooked orange chicken, and the chow mein was half cabbage. That is not an exaggeration. In addition, I was not given afortune cookie. Read more

Ordered at 11:42 am for 12:00 pm pickup. Didn?t get my food until 12:28 pm. I wasn?t told what the wait was, I just overheard... they were waiting on noodles to cook, then waiting on teriyaki chicken, despite the chicken being there already when I arrived. Read more

Ummm, I have a bone to pick ????. I don?t think it fair that is someone doesn?t eat meat their ONLY options are Honey Walnut... Shrimp or veggie, while the meat eat have multiple basic options. Can we can like a naked shrimp or tofu? The plate is doublemeat and you have to pay for the shrimp upgrade twice, it?s giving silent robbery. Food was its Panda Best. I don?t rememberwaiting an excessive amount of time in like. The young ladies severing food were efficient. Read more
