Great customer service especially when it came to us asking questions about their menu and placing our order over the phone...... The food was good but the steak was a little on the tough and chewy side. my husband and I both got taco salads and we got themto go and the way they were packaged was a bit odd and kind of messy but for the most part the experience was good and we wouldprobably go back again. Our food took more than 30 minutes to be prepared, pretty sure it was given to another customer who came in and ordered after we... did. The quality and taste were poor, as we had to take our our food to go at this point, having only an hour lunch break. Onestar was for restaurant cleanliness and one star for staff politeness. Real great atmosphere. This was my first time at this place. The staff was very friendly. Very encouraging about things to try.... Next time I'm going to try this deep fried burrito that they kept recommending that they're known for. I had initially just gotme a steak bowl and a steak was on point. I did try the hot sauces that they on the side I was not disappointed at all. I willbe returning back to them because I've been looking for another place outside of Chipotle. Loved the old location. Been to the new location 3 times and still not sold. Service is friendly but it always feels like they... are understaffed. The food is good but just not the same and is inconsistent. Cheese and onion enchiladas, the filling is greatbut the enchiladas sauce isn't as tasty. Same with the salsa and quaso. Not bad but not the same, bland and not as tasty. Really cheering for this place, have loved it for years and want to continue to enjoy it! Read more
