Every trip they are the worse...kids working without supervision. They sometimes say they are closed then laugh. This time I... sat waiting to pay while the little boy at the window was dancing for two other associates. He looked at me then looked at themand laughed. Mind your there are cars behind me, none in front that's how long I waited for his show to stop. He opened thewindow and said the amount I owed then closed the window. Gave me my card and shut the window back....smh the girl at the nextwindow smoke so low I couldn't even hear her she looked tired and ready to go but she wad atleast nice and said something to me. This location needs to do better it's in a good neighborhood but Wendy's is just up the street they are slow there but alwaysnice and they will greet you. Read more
I was impressed with the speed of service. The food was old and cold AF. Next time y'all this fast I don't even want it because... that food was premade and sat for a long time. Can't tell me no different I was a mgr and know when I am getting bullsh.... Read more
Terrible service! All I ordered was a vanilla ice cream cone, the young lady came to the window with it leaking all over her... hands. She then had a puzzled look on her face when I told her no thank you. The cashier had a very stale look on his face andwas rude! Read more
Sat in drive thru for 10mins only to NOT be served. I've been getting my order and DoorDash together for years and now I can't... do it cause they're "short staffed"? BS! If mobile orders or dashers could go in to pick up food, maybe it would be easier foreveryone. Besides, if they are so short handed, why are they still open? The customer service could be improved. The drive-thru people don't seem like they want to be there, just by their tone in their... voice. They don't acknowledge customers when someone says thank you. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel but received sausage eggand cheese bagel. My friend ordered a biscuit and ask for grape jelly but they gave him mostly strawberry jelly. They tend toforget straws. So check your bag before you drive out. Read more
