I ordered a pizza and the meat pasta today. The pasta comes with 5 bread sticks or upgrade for additional cost to cheese... sticks. I upgraded and got no bread sticks of any sort with our order. I called the store, let the guy that answered know Ididn't receive them, he got an attitude, put me on hold and never came back. This is not how you run a business. Horrible!!!! this was not pan pizza which is what I ordered I could not eat this it was thin limp and doughy and was not cut... I've never tasted pizza like this ever. I will never ever get pizza hut again this was the first time I had it in 5 years and itwas a huge disappointment I called to see if I could return it someone answered and said this is the call center do you want tobe transferred to the store I said one word she transferred me before I could say anything then it rang and rang for 30 minutesno answer Read more
This is not pan pizza which I paid extra for this is like card board and under cooked it wasn't even cut
High end customer service is a dying experience, and while it seems silly to call a Pizza Hut "high end", this one deserves it.... This location was stellar in how they treated me when picking up my order; fast, polite, and even added free breadsticks becausethey dropped the first ones. Congrats to this team and the manager for great customer service is hard to find a t most localpizza joints. Read more
Placed an order for one large pizza, it was supposed to be ready in 35 mins. I went after an hour to pick it up. Paid for the... order and then was told to wait because they could not find my order. I was told to wait for few mins. I told them I will beback. I went there after doing another errand. I was given two mediums instead of one large because they were out of Largecrust. Veggie Pizza w/o olives was made very good. I like the fact they open the box to see it before you leave. The service and... quality has really changed for the better from a few years ago. UPDATE: Went from. 4-5 stars to 1 star... Ordered recentlyafter a few months break and the pizza caused several GI problems. The pizza from here has been good in recent years and neverany problem except for now. I don't know if some kind of change happened with employees, sanitation etc but this was horrible.As I'm writing have food poisoning symptoms.
