The employees at this location don?t open their mouths for nothing. You would think somebody was threatening their lives if they... dared to utter a word. Where did customer service go? It sucks to be a part of a community, filled with people that look likeyou that lack human decency. What is wrong with folk? Why would I want to bring my service to a place like this? The staff is great at Richmond Rd and they do a great job. However?Wendy?s food has gone way down hill and the spicy chicken is... different. Not good anymore and not spicy at all. Very weird. Read more

All fast food restaurants around this area and South Euclid are the absolute worst fast food restaurants in the Cleveland area.... Go into Lyndhurst or Mayfield Heights and the quality and speed generally increases dramatically. However, that may not be truefor Wendy's. Wendy's seems to have completely tanked their quality and service during COVID and while that might not be entirelyWendy's fault... I have a hunch that it is. Read more

Today, about 1:50pm. Ordered my food. Which the lady on the drive thru speaker seemed to have an attitude. I asked for no... lettuce and no tomatoes on my burger. I'm allergic to those items and have every right to say don't put them on my sandwich andI don't have to give a reason as to why.. furthering I asked for spicy Nuggets with sweet and sour, I got regular Nuggets withhoney mustard sauce, I'm allergic to bees I don't do anything with honey. Before I checked my food, I asked for salt... thefemale slammed salt in my hand. First off, you don't know who I am, I could have been an inspector or anything.. Second, youneedn't listen and pay attention to people's orders, thank the lord there wasn't tomatoes or lettuce on my sandwich and I checkbefore I eat. It could be anyone. If your workers want increased wages, maybe they should act accordingly. Like I said, don'tknow who coming to the window. Many of you do stuff like this to customers then hide behind a 911 call. Get it together. Iliked this Wendy's up until now. You lost a loyal customer today. I want to add, I know all about the employees adding awesomereviews to try to diminish the bad reviews... Sat in the Drive Through for 45 min at 11:15 last night. There were only 6 cars ahead of me when I got there. I am sure they are... short-staffed. Wonder how much they pay? Bet it's not much. The employees were friendly and trying to be cheerful despite thecircumstances. This is an ownership problem, not an employee problem. Read more

I didn?t know what to expect getting late night drive thru fast food, but the kids were hungry. Before I pulled in I was... prepared to wait a very long time. There was a line, but I was shocked how fast it was moving. I thought the ice cream machinewas broken but said wait this is Wendy?s! When it was my turn I was greeted nicely by Tomica the night manager. She was so calmand pleasant. She repeated my order several times and made sure she had it right. I came to the window she smiled and was sonice. I had to tell her she was going a great job and moved the line fast. I always double check the bag and everything was spoton. She made this Wendy?s look great and is an asset to them. I?ll make sure I?ll go there again even if it?s after 11! Thanksagain for making it a great experience and keep up the great work! Read more

HORRIBLE!!! Where do I start, the food was cold and the bun was rock hard and the meat looked like dog food! The customer... service was horrible, as I sat in the drive thru waiting for my food all I heard was the worker laughing and cursing so loud!But when I called the Wendy?s and spoke to the manager she told me to come in and talk to her boss in the morning and I?mthinking how is that going to help me right now? So I guess I?m suppose to save the food that I just bought and bring it in themorning to show your boss?? I will never ever go here again! Read more
