This service was VERY disappointing. I ordered at 5:40 which was supposed to be delivered at 7:19. At 7:15 I get a call saying... they are out of thick crust and that my order STILL had not been made. They said it would still take an additional 45 minutes toan hour if I wanted to continue with my order. I ended up having to cancel my order along with having to find food elsewhere. Read more

Order from this location often, food is always fresh and on time. Most employees are teens and young adults with good customer... service skills. Only once have I encountered horrible customer service and we order here often. Establishment is clean, willrecommend for pizza. Read more
LOL I?m laughing because I literally spend my precious time reading the reviews of this business before I went in and my hard... head behind didn?t listen ! ???? That?s what I get for trying to ?see for myself? lol as I walked through the door poor customerservice from the cashier ???????? Service by those at the front were terrible. Order was lost just told me it was in the oven. Twenty five minutes later finally... came out and got home the dough was not cooked thoroughly. Read more
2 hours 20 mins. Had to cancel because it wasn't even made yet. It takes 12 minutes to cook pizza i understand when a store is... short staffed. Good thing I have frozen pizza on hand for very hungry guest. Never had this issue with them before, doesn't sitwell with all my guest who are also local. Should have order Little Caesars. Read more
The negative reviews about the wait time due to orders not being made, rude behavior and un professionalism are all true about... this place. I experienced it first hand last night. Horrible customer service!! Mature trained adults are needed in management! Read more
