Says they?re open at 5:30 and were still not open till 6:00am. Then the girl at the window was very rude. Im guessing because... they just opened and did not want customers so soon. Also, do not come at 10:00 because the food is not fresh or good. Any timebefore that, you should be fine. Read more
1 Dec 22 @ 930pm: Don't know what was going on tonight but ordered two QPC combos, two mcchickens, two double cheese bundles.... Took 10 minutes to the window, then an additional 15 to get fresh fries (3 attemps). Got home to find the two QPC sandwicheswere old and dry and were on cheese burger buns not quater pounder buns. This was the worst experience I have had at thislocation, usually its a very fast and pleasing experience. Was very disappointed. Read more

This place is going downhill so fast it?s ridiculous. There?s obviously a major leak and for almost a hour, no one came to put a... bucket down or nothing. Just let it pour in the kids area where kids are running around. Many young kids behind the register andin the back just standing around and no one bothered to wipe a table. One was for dine in. My husband and I took our Grandchild to eat and play. There was a group of 6 teens in which one was... employed at this McDonald's took over the play yard and my Grandchild and one other boy that was there with his father whereunable to use the play area as well. In front of coustomers the one teen was talking to the manager in front of everyone tellingthe manager that he was not coming in the next day, because he had church and a soccer game and please do not right him up. Thenthis young teen with all his friends took up the play area and where loud and leaving backpacks and all their things around theplay yard. Employees and manager did not say anything to these teens. I also have completes on take out. Unfortunately thisMcDonald store has really gone down hill in the Hill. Stopped by for a quick breakfast bite at dine in. I was the only one at the register, but employees were so busy with drive... through, I stood there for 3-5 minutes before I was acknowledged and then was told they would be right with me. I ordered asausage biscuit and medium orange juice. Employee walked away before my payment processed. I received no receipt and my orangejuice was served as below. The worst service ever. Paid for a McFlurry, and they wouldn?t give it to us. Very rude employees. We offered to go back and re... pay for it but they declined because they didn?t want to make the McFlurry. Worst McDonald's around. Wouldn?t recommend going. Read more
