Super slow and lacking in common courtesy as a general rule. I have not found them to be otherwise in several trips there. Also,... the prices are all very tricky--on purpose. Most are "club" prices but do not post that until it is time to pay. Finally, I havebought milk there three or four times and it has been curdled twice, which I don't find out until I am all the way back home.Why can't other gas stations do things the Quicktrip way? I have been going to this Parkers for my entire life. I've never had any problems until last year. The fountain drinks are the... only reason why I even go to parkers. Keep in mind that the fountain drink dispenser is older then myself (age-14). I personallylove parkers, but their fountain drink dispenser is always breaking down and I can never get my favorite drinks. It was neverreally a problem until today. I was hoping to get some diet Pepsi, but it was out so my second hand option was to get sprite. Ipoured my sprite and I went to take a sip and it was just carbonated water. It's so crazy at this point they will not buy a newfountain drink dispenser, even though their business is crazy, they some how don't even have enough money to buy a new fountaindrink dispenser. If I were you I would rather go to En Market, so don't come here if your looking for a fountain drink. Read more
Been doing business at parkers for almost 10 years , went to the parkers down from my house as I do everyday knowing that it... closes at 12 midnight got there at 11:40 and find that the lady working has already locked the doors and not only was I wantingto purchase something there where 3 others also but cashier already closed the doors. Had to go to your competition down thestreet enmarkit , this isn't the first time she has done that but when I start to see a routine of it happening it's time to saysomething, so I guess need to go where I can get service. I want to congratulate parkers on their new drink machine and ice makers... I will however inform you about losing over 800.00... in revenue per year. I stop every morning and every evening to get me an extra large ice water. Thats 1.29 each.... well sinceyou decided to leave the water button off the new machine I will now have to drive to enmarket... thank you! Read more
I?ve been a customer here since 2008. I?m here almost daily getting gas, drinks and playing lottery. I?ve never had a bad... experience until now so I?m general it?s a great store for the most part Not unfortunately they?ve hired a new staff member,named Crystal, who had a chip in her shoulder every time I get to her counter. This time she cut me off while I was tryingto ask her a question about a refund ticket that I had just recorded from the self serve lottery machine.. apparently it hadtimed out , anyway she says ? I?m closed you?ll have to go to the next register?. So she?s closing.. that was a rude way to cutme off but ok..so I got in line at the next register and as I?m trying to explain the situation with my ticket to the otherstaff member then she rudely interrupts saying we can?t take that without calling the manager.. ?can?t help you because ourmanager said she?s not familiar without these tickets? ?? I said ?you said you were closed and couldn?t help me now but you haveno problem cutting me off and telling this cashier that he can?t help me eithe??? After three attempts and getting cut off .. Ifinally gave up?I never did get to finish what I wanted to explain. I guess I?ll be taking my business to Enmarket. I must saythat Sammy was very kind and and works great with the public?.. he kept apologizing for his rude coworker. but this experiencewas enough to solidify my decision not to go back to Parker?s as long as she?s working there. The whole eye roll thing conveysto me that I?m putting her out just for walking up to her register. Not exactly the welcome I?m used to from this otherwise veryfriendly neighborhood store. Read more

Great coffee, always clean, really friendly staff. Part of morning stop before every big road trip. Coffee station great for... self preparing drinks, it is the best for any gas station I?ve been to in Richmond Hill. Read more
