Absolutely ZERO stars if I could!! I never write reviews of places, because most employees are not to blame for poor customer... experiences which are really a result of poor management. But THIS place.... So I placed my order online at 7:59 pm. I went tothe store at 8:20pm and all I saw was a bag with my name on it behind the counter. The cashier said my order was not ready so Iwaited. They had no product ready but was still taking orders from walk ins after me. I waited. Then when they finally broughtproduct out, they were serving walk in customers ahead of me while I was still patiently waiting for them to fill my order. Thiswas around 8:40 pm at this point! After this continued, I pointed out to the same cashier that I've been waiting for an order Iplaced since 7:59pm, and it was now 8:53pm, but they were still serving customers that walked in while I was waiting! Eventuallyone of her coworkers mentioned my empty order bag on the counter and she said, "Never mind that, he don't want it!" Obviouslythis person was being spiteful because I reasonably mentioned the good hour I spent just patiently waiting for my order whileshe served other people who came in after me! She never even filled my order, so how could she claim I didn't want it afterwaiting for 50 minutes!!!??? That was the last straw for me and this place. I've ordered food from here in the recent past, andthe service has always been terrible! There is always an unreasonable wait even when you order ahead, and they never seem tohave cash, or product available, or even staff to help the customers. I've been to many Popeyes restaurants in New York andPennsylvania, and I don't really redirect much because it's just fast food. But this place wins the prize for the worst branchI've ever been to! I order through Uber Eats, a chicken family meal that come with a large side cajun fries. Then I order another large side cajun... fries both came half empty!!! I paid $6.39 for both! And with the two cajun fries I made a medium size??????? Stop rippingpeople off! It's time to make the large side a LARGE SIDE!??????? Read more
I would give this place a 0 if I could, but after waiting for 3 chicken sandwiches and fries for over 30 minutes, the sandwich... was good. This is my 2nd bad experience with Popeyes (different locations) The service is slow and incompetent, other peoplewere getting their food before us. The counter help had to yell for someone to make our sandwiches while the cooks just stoodaround. We had our dog with us so we could not eat inside, there were picnic tables but no umbrella so we had to sit in theblazing heat to eat. Also, tables were located near a dumpster so we were smelling garbage while we tried to eat. All round oneof the worst "fast" food experiences. Next time I will find a Chick fila. Read more
Can you give negative stars? So staff was friendly. Thumbs up to them The smell was good so we came here instead of... fuddruckers. Food - taste good but was lukewarm Portions - horrible , look at the Fries that they gave me????????. Also thePepsi was out and the fruit punch was out. Best thing was the honey butter biscuits . They gave the lady in front of me the wrong order (chicken pieces instead of tenders). I ordered a tender family meal and... repeated myself multiple times, but they still got it wrong, chicken instead of tenders. I got my tenders after waiting 45minutes total. This is the second chicken sandwich that I have gotten from this location. This is full of breading. I've gone to the bull st... location in Savannah which is superb. I've never had this problem. I had ordered a total of 6 for my family . All of thesandwiches wasn't heavy breaded but it's all ways mine. This is unacceptable. The wait time was about 30mins. Please create 2lines and judge the traffic that you have. I promise customers will appreciate you more. Read more
I ordered a 4pc chicken combo meal to be delivered by DoorDash. It came without the biscuit and drink. No blame lays with... DoorDash as they cannot inspect a meal via policy. The blame therefore lies with this location. They packaged a combo mealwithout the necessary components. It was at 6:40pm, past the dinner rush, so I don?t understand why the request could not befulfilled. I ordered solely for the combination of chicken and biscuit, I feel very let down that I cannot have the promisedbiscuit as when I ordered.
