The staff here is extra slow even on a night where there are only 3 tables busy. I came in for takeout order and was not greeted... like I'm greeted at most WH locations. Jasmine (the woman taking orders) is too slow to be in the front. Long face, attitudes,mumbling under her breath and just not pleasant to deal with. 20 minutes later after standing by the orders counter anotherassociate (Tiffany) took my order. This whole experience, again only 3 tables are busy, took 48 minutes. Most of the blame is avery slow staff. No customer service skills. Oh btw that bagged order is mine, was left on the counter for at least 6-8 minutesand yayyyyy it was cold.... Read more
Late Night cravings!! Limited staff so, the wait was long but the 2 people working were working really hard to keep up with the... customers. More staff would be appreciated. Cook was great, fast and prepared our meals well. The waitress was friendly andefficient to be running the place on her own. Read more
We enjoyed the food ... one of our party recommended the cheesy eggs, cinnamon raisin toast and bacon, but we didn't see that... combination on the menu. The server indicated that she could order it for them. Since it was noon, one of our party asked abouta BLT. She was told that though it wasn't on the menu, all the ingredients were available so they could make it for her. Allstaff members were cheerful and friendly, and you can tell they enjoy working together. You walk out feeling good. Read more
Not all waffle houses are the same. This is not the worst one I've visited but not the best either. The server was friendly... enough I guess. When I saw her. My glass actually got empty that never happens. She did just enough to say she did her job. Iwould understand if they were busy but no they weren't. The food was good. I had my usual, the sausage, egg and cheese hashbrown bowl with a side of grits but today I had my egg over med. The food was awesome kudos to the cook! If your in a wheelchair it might be a tight fit in the ladies room. I like the shelf in the restroom for setting your phone or purse on though.Every public restroom should have a shelf. Really great experience here recently. Service was top notch. Our server and other staff were over the top friendly and... attentive. The food was some of the best we have had at a Waffle House maybe ever. It definitely seems that this staff isworking hard to please their customers. We will be back soon. Read more

Gladys is a beast and a great asset to this establishment! She cooks, she cleaned tables, she handled the dishes, all the while... directing her staff. She never missed a beat! The food was hot and perfectly prepared to order with even our specifications onthis busy, busy morning! We were so amazed with this woman. I highly recommend this location if only for her expertise,kindness, and professional attitude. She never lost her cool. Read more
