I have been going there for over 15 years, and is going down hill after the original owner sold 4 years ago, and now after... covid, its just bad! called for pick up, upon arrival, i noticed that half the restaurant was dark ( not lite) at 6:30 pm! okif that doesn't tell you anything and there was 1 table there and it was thursday night! Ok, thought it was a slow night, paidfor the food, $72 for 3 dishes, nothing fancy, string beans, duck, and braised pork belly. none of the 3 dishes were what theyused to be, the Duck, which is their signature dish was cold and dry, like it had been in the fridge for a week! was dry andtasteless. string beans, again, dry and over cooked, no flavour. pork belly, was going to say mainly fat, but pork belly! For $72 worth of food, truly disappointing, sadly, this will be the end of my patronage. Read more

This place has one soup that I've been eating for the last 12 years . I love the fact that it stayed the same and even the price... did not go up as much as you would expect. Love the fact that most of the employees actually understand English it's not thatcommon in Chinese restaurant I only wish this place would have been a little bit cleaner Read more

Company of four dining at 7pm on a Monday night. No need to wait. Reception and ordering was friendly and quick. We ordered a... set dinner for four plus a congee and an additional veggie dish. Traditional chewchow pig stomach soup was hot and tasty but nottoo salty. Wonderful starter it was. The oyster congee was also delicious as well. The marinated duck, chicken with crispyveggie, fried beef with mushroom, and minced pork with deep fried green beans were all well done with good portion served. Thisis a decent restaurant in town if you fancy some traditional chewchow cuisine. Read more

We've been going to Bayview Court for a long time. Slowly but surely they have started to go down hill. However last night I... think they hit rock bottom. We ordered 5 dishes and not one was good ... Beef and mushroom clay pot was full of onions and verylittle beef or mushroom. Fried rice in a steamer was nearly all rice. Very little vegetables or meat. Worst of all ... Theirspecialty duck was really tough no taste. I'm afraid that this restaurant has run its course. We're moving on. Read more

We have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. It just like your home kitchen. Sometimes you go there because nobody... can suggest a place to eat. Steamed live tilapia, stir fried vegetables will make you feel so satisfied. Don?t forget to ordertheir dessert - Taro mashed ginkgo, so yummy! Read more

Restaurant is spaced out and comfortable for dine in. The service was good. The menu had various regional Chinese Chow and... Canton cuisines; their Chiu Chow dishes were tasty and delicious. (such as those pictured in my review - the steamed crystalbun dessert and marinated eggs and tofu). Read more

Been eating this restaurant on & off for the last 2 decades. Plenty Parking in this plaza. Price & portions are decent. Interior... is outdated but still acceptable. The server is very friendly and courteous. They do keep their food good quality over 20 years. We really like the soya sauce duck and we order it every visit. Will visit again soon. Read more

Really decent Chiu Chow food in Richmond Hill. My absolute favourite was the salt pepper tofu and the marinated duck. Just so... simple yet so flavourful. The claypot rice was also very decent. Will definitely come back to try the other special dishes. Niceambience and responsive services too. Read more
