Paid for bacon and cheese on 5 double buddy burgers. Only got one double buddy with bacon and cheese, the rest were just regular... buddy burgers, not doubles. My sweet potato fries were soggy and greasy, put them in before the grease was up to temperature. Iunderstand it was late when I ordered so waiting was no issue. But then when the employee is mad at me for making my order atnight when the place is open for a long time after I came I don't know how else to feel besides disrespected. Came againrecently and had to deal with an employee who was rather impatient and rude. She didn't have a name tag on. After hassling myfriends saying they were a dollar short, not getting our order right. Telling them she gave them drinks while we're waiting andgetting upset thinking she's in the right. Her attitude was beyond rude and distasteful. My burger did have bacon and cheesethis time. But dealing with employees who don't care about there job and get away with treating everyone like trash make me notwant to come back. This is unacceptable, I didn?t not receive my fries with a little basket but instead a paper bag which is just ridiculous. My... burger had pickles when I specifically said it shouldn?t. They should be ashamed to call them self A&W. I will be taking mybusiness back to Newmarket A&W because they are great at everything! Read more
I'm a big fan of A&W but very very unsatisfied with this locations speed and service. I did the mobile order since I was in a... little bit of hurry, I got there to the drive thru line they kept me waiting for a good couple minutes before even sayinganything, I called him again to ask if I need to wait since I've already ordered, without letting me speak he startedexplaining how it's so busy and he's the only one working! Then he tells me my order is not ready yet without even asking myname! while the app says its ready!! he tells me ALL apps _not just A&W_ would say your order is ready while it's not readyyet!!!!! Then I asked how long is it gonna be so maybe I can come back instead of waiting he goes to ask the kitchen and say "couple more minutes " !!!! Then he says not it's actually ready ... never even apologized, very underwhelming, veryunorganized... I understand you can't expect much from young kids who are probably also new at the job, specially if they areworking by themselves,but it's the management's job to make sure they have better sense of urgency and customer service. Food is great as usual however is not consistent with its advertised opening drive-thru times. It indicates 24hrs drive through... but when I went at about 12:30am, the worker at the time (June 27) said they were not taking any orders without providing anyadditional reasoning. I love A&W breakfast. They often have coupons and the staff here are very friendly. The bacon and egg breakfast sandwich was... so delicious and the classic breakfast can never go wrong! Don?t forget to try their hash brown! Highly recommended. Read more

I have to give a negative 5 star for my review!!! I ordered two teen burgers with drinks and French fries Yesterday evening... (around 6:50 pm on 10/31/2022). The burger was covered with a dark burned layer and just warm outside, but the meat inside wasstill cold. I had to remove the black layer to eat, I could not finish. It was horrible! The meat was reused definitely(previously cooked). I was a regular but I am very very disappointed with a customer care from recent several visits. I decidednot to go to the A&W. NEVER! How come you can sell the GARBAGE! You can make a little money at the time of the sale, but I amsure you will loose your customers eventually. Read more
