I've gone there in the morning twice in one week and both times the lady that takes your money is miserable, no greeting,... doesn't say a word and has a look of disgust when you approach the window. The order is always wrong as you ask for extra itemsand it never gets done. If you're not happy with your job, go home as plenty of people are suffering now and don't need yournegative vibe. Stay away from this location unless you want a wrong order and cold service. Read more

Ordered online chicken sandwiches for pickup. When we got there they told us they had no chicken left. Not really sure who to... blame here. However, the employees had no idea how I was going to get a refund as their system already charged me. Got nonotification that the location had no more chicken. Completely turned me off of BK. Will not order from BK again because of thisnegative experience. Read more
I don?t leave many, if any, negative reviews but this BK location is just bad. Dirtiest location I have ever seen with fries,... nuggets, sauces , grease all over the floors and workstations. They even screwed up my order. Surprise. Won?t be back. Read more
This location is just okay... nothing against the staff, I am sure they are doing their best, and are probably overworked or... understaffed. On several occasions they have gotten my order wrong. They have either forgotten items completely, added things Iasked to be removed, or just did their own interpretation of the order. I am not a fussy person, but it does get frustrating attimes. I ordered the salad with dressing and crouton but both were missing from my order. Updated Sep 7, 2021 The interior is clean... and well maintained. A lot of items are no longer available due to covid, such as free refill and napkins. But this isunderstandable. Burger is delivered to me in the right temperature, meat is cooked well but not burnt. My special request (eg.No onion) has been followed. But the problem is I actually went for drive thru but was told food is not ready yet and ask me togo in store. Going in person I don't have very many issues food is usually fresh and hot. DO NOT SKIP the order! This is what you may receive... different colors of chicken, soggy bread, yellow lettuce, and very little mayo, not to mention is comes cold. Read more
