Horrible horrible service. In my memory for the past few years this place tops it with the worst service I have experienced. The... waitress left halfway when we were still ordering. 0 star not even 1 star. Terrible service, food is only mediocre. Worst experience ever. AND they demand at least 10% gratuity... for bad service, don't expect to leave without providing any. We order 12 dishes but 3 stood out the most....in an extremely BADway. Deep fried squid tentacles was clearly stir fried with five spices. When we questioned this, the waitress [short bleachblond hair lady] argued that we ordered it wrong eventhough we wrote down what we wanted on a piece of paper. When she realizedshe/cook messed up the order she pulled the "this is the style here" bs. It's OK to get orders wrong but to not acknowledge thatyou're wrong and fix the problem, that's irredeemable. Beef chow mien was deep fried egg noodles with beef and veggies onit.....????? Clearly not chow mien. Birds nest with seafood, big disappointment for the price, stale seafood, had weird odourand they used deep fried rice paper as the nest not taro root...we just gave up at this point. Been coming here at least2x/month for 15yrs, we notice the quality has gone down over the years but this is the worst, never coming back. Do yourself afavor go elsewhere, like Premiere Ballroom and Banquet Hall, a little more expensive but food and service will be a lot better. Read more
They offer a great selection on their take out menu. The portion and price were reasonable. The staff was friendly. The fried... rice & noodles were tasty but not oily. Will definitely go back! It was really nice to finally go back for dine in service. Therestaurant was decent and their service was consistent. The food tasted as good as take out during the lockdown period. Weenjoyed the tea set and a la carte menu very much. Recent Visit: We happened to be in the area so, we decided to stop by & grabsome Chinese bbq take outs. They have a separate counter for BBQ items. The BBQ pork and Roasted Pork that we got were fresh andyummy. The price was very reasonable and the service was good. Read more
We are regular customers since they opened. We usually do take out and get their Chinese BBQ. Love their roasted pork & BBQ... duck. Great customer service. Fast and decent portion. Staff were welcoming & friendly. Will come back again soon. Read more
Food and service are not bad. We were quickly seated and didn?t wait too long for food either. The bbq pork has a lot of fat... but at least the skin is crispy. One star deducted for the uncomfortable seating. We keep feeling cold draft from the frontdoor even though we are not the closest table to the front door. Read more
This restaurant has decent food and services. They have great selections of breakfast and afternoon tea combo for decent price.... Their congee combo comes with noodles and deep fried dough. It?s truly great value. Read more
First time went here since pandemic. Glad to see that food and service were as good as before, actually it might be even... better. We have BBQ duck rice noodle soup and BBQ pork rice noodle soup for lunch, both were tasty. Waitresses were veryfriendly and always with a smile (I could feel it even they weared a mask LOL) Read more
A great congee & noodle place, reasonable priced, consistent great quality, quick & fast efficient service. Braised beef brisket... noodle soup with succulent chunks of tender beef and firm al-dente noodles, tasty sauce with the bitter melon beef on a largeserving of rice. Read more
