Poor quality control! I am new at Oak Ridge, After ordered pan pizza for a few times at this location, I am pretty sure they are... the worst location of domino?s I ever have had. So disappointed with the way under cooked pizza, the dough is still raw insideall the times. I just got my pizza from them tonight, the whole pizza still like that, it was way under cooked and too soft tobe pickup, even with two hands. Read more
I very rarely write reviews, but my customer experience was so disappointed that i find myself writing this. I had this... locations delivery driver refuse to do contact delivery because he was pressuring us into tipping. He refused to drop off thepizza AFTER WE PAID FOR IT. owner has tried to contact us but will not refund us for the pizza THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I WILLNEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. Been ordering from this place for about 3 years - recently, its gone so down hill. Lower quality, no care for what they're... making - their toppings are all over the place. Our last order had so much green pepper, and it was all loose - obvious thatthey threw it on after cooking the pizza already a little. Ordering from other dominoes moving ourselves forward. With theincreasing costs of food and the mountain of competition, I'm not sure why these people think now is a good time to do aterrible job. Enjoy closing down within a year or two I guess? Read more
