Those who know me know that I am a bbq fanatic. I ordered the platter from fusion for the first time and I must admit, it was... probably the best bbq I have had. Meat was very tender, chicken was perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. The platterhad very generous portion and the ribs where great size. I would recommend this place to everyone. Very delicious and unique flavours. We ordered the mogo fries and mishkaki, having never had them before, and LOVED it. Subtle... taste and not heavy at all. Even my 7-yr-old wanted seconds and totally enjoyed it.The mishkaki looked like shish kababs, butthe spice blend is different--not exactly like koobideh, Middle Eastern or Afghan grill or traditional Pakistani/Indian kababs(all of which we love)--and fantastic. Accompanied by fresh cole slaw and a delicious tamarind-like sauce. You can taste thefreshness & quality of the ingredients.
