BLACK LISTED! Quality is not great but just ok. However, last time when I went to take my order, they simply told me that oh we... gave it to someone else. Sorry! I spent 35 min for my order and they suggested if you want it, you have to wait another 35 min!Thank you, I said. Mistake is always inivetable for business. We should underestand it. It is, however, important how to get ridof it to keep customers happy. It seems that either they do not know money and time are valuable for customers or they have notbeen trained to deal with such situations. So, good bye Haida Sandwich! Read more

Food was good but a bit pricey , staff members were nice and respectful. The out door patio was a disaster, we visited on a... Sunday night, their lazy staffs had failed miserablely, every single table were dirty, they didn't bother to remove any of theleft overs, we saw a few people entered and immediately left. free street parking is available here. The pizza was really delicious and well prepared. The thing that I didn't like was the price in comparison to the size.
Arrived right before closing. The sandwiches were awesome. The portions are relatively large. Overall, the food was great and... I'd go back. I just wish we were allowed to stay there on the patio at least while they closed the store. Instead we sat in thecar and ate. Can't blame them. Maybe a licensing issue. I'd go back. Read more
I suggest their North York location the staff are very nice and respectful. Also, the quality and the portions of the foods are... much better. They charge people $8 for fries that are not even fresh cut fries, it?s frozen ones and the box is super small.Excited when they opened their Richmond Hill location but after a few experiences with their rude staff and the foods, would notrecommend this location. One of the best in Richmond Hill, specially the man is working there was so welcoming, he represented the place with very good... manner.
