The worst fast food experience I ever had in my life. We purchased dinner today and none of the burgers were marked. We... purchased a veggie burger, chicken burger, Angus burger and a Junior burger. They all were drenched in sauces and could not bedistinguished from each other. Unfortunately different burgers ordered due to the different preferences and restrictions andallergies . We use DoorDash to get our burgers and it arrive at 9:45 PM. When call the store to complain the manager answeredthe phone and she was not apologetic at all she was rude condescending and demeaning . She kept on saying that it was our faultand that we should have made sure that it was marked. The worst Store ever. I hope head office will make sure that the havebetter customer service. All the burgers ended up in the garage. Never It will order all purchase from Harvey?s Richmond Hillnear Yonge and Elgin Mills. Read more

Extremely friendly customer service. I was so pleased to be greeted by Justin this evening. He was so kind, friendly and... respectful.
