The worst fast food experience I ever had in my life. We purchased dinner today and none of the burgers were marked. We... purchased a veggie burger, chicken burger, Angus burger and a Junior burger. They all were drenched in sauces and could not bedistinguished from each other. Unfortunately different burgers ordered due to the different preferences and restrictions andallergies . We use DoorDash to get our burgers and it arrive at 9:45 PM. When call the store to complain the manager answeredthe phone and she was not apologetic at all she was rude condescending and demeaning . She kept on saying that it was our faultand that we should have made sure that it was marked. The worst Store ever. I hope head office will make sure that the havebetter customer service. All the burgers ended up in the garage. Never It will order all purchase from Harvey?s Richmond Hillnear Yonge and Elgin Mills. Read more

One of the worst food. I like Harvey's but this location does not serve the original Harvey's Burger. Multigrain bread was the... worst. It's not fresh and while eating it feels like a rubber. The burger was cold. The staff is very rude and doesn'tunderstand even little English. I don't recommend this restaurant a a real Harvey's restaurant. I'm very generous to give youone star. Read more
Absolutely filthy place. Too dirty to eat there. The windows are dirty, the service counters as well. They wash with a dirty mop... - always. It needs to be closed for health and safety reasons. Its 2020 - Covid and still filthy. What will it take for headoffice to go take a look? Read more
Easy to find this place but workers seems to be too young to work...looks like high school kids with no experiences. Don?t smile... or say hi to you. Food handler handle foods with bare hands no gloves. Just grabbing your burger with hairy hands. Feelsuncomfortable while eating.
