Food is decent quality. What you would normally expect from a Harvey's franchise. However the service can use a bit of work... especially at night. I placed the 2 can dine pick-up order through the App (order# 20220827 2439021) Saturday evening at 8pm. I picked it up within... 10 minutes. Both the veggie and original burger were cold (not even warm) and the whole wheat bun of the veggie burger was hard.Only the onion rings was warm. Very disappointed. Read more
Working here a couple years ago for less than 5 shifts was the worst job experience I've ever had in my life. Be warned that the... managers have severe superiority complexes and you may be taking an order and be interrupted by the manager screaming at theemployee you're speaking to for the tiniest issues ever. The business is not the priority, their ego is. Everyone working hereis miserable. Your wait times will be forever because the employees are understandably depressed. And the managers wonder whythey can't keep workers or why I ghosted them.... everyone talking about the bad customer service, it's because they throw us inwith absolutely no training whatsoever and then yell at us when we do stuff wrong lol Read more

Horrible customer service! Ordered a large Buffalo chicken poutine and received a small, I drove all the way to work just to... realize this is not my usual order and is indeed a small. Called the store and spoke to the same man that served me and heproceeded to tell me that it is a large ??????? There were 5 small peices of chicken, fries were cold and not fullyfried. Hello! This is Riot speaking. I apologize for the late response to the review. A few months ago I have visited Harvey's around... late afternoon, and I wrote a one-page review. However, I just noticed I have written it to a different Harvey's. It was a badday for my lifeguarding shift, working from 7 am to 9 pm, and that day I haven't had any breakfast so I was starving, which iswhy I ended up going to Harvey's after my shift ended. When I entered the building the employees welcomed me happily andkindly, I was surprised, they work hard all day and night, yet they are very positive and happy. So right away I ordered a hugeamount of food, the cashier listened carefully to the order once, loud and clear she spoke back the order to me to confirm if itwas correct. In my life, that was the fastest order I have done in any fast food restaurant I've been in, where I had to repeatthe order several times, or usually the cashier would mess the order it up. When the food was prepared, I did not even have towait for 5 minutes, the whole food was ready in under 1 minute and 30 seconds, they did not even rush, there were 3 people whoordered the food too and they made the food very quickly at once. I have never seen such concentration and quick response, butwhat stood out was their kindness and positive energy. This made my day, I was happy, my food was perfect, my stomach wassatisfied, and I have gained back my energy. I know this is been a few months, and it could be different employees now, but Iwould go back again someday to see their smiles once more, and for the food too of course. Riot out. Read more
