This location practice requires some serious oversight. From cold patty opening burger to beyond small patty burger for dinner.... Never again at this location. Shaddy owner. Only shaddy owners will serve overnight burger from a fridge to their customers. Only the owner can make this call. Your response to a previous reviewer is that you CHOSE to shrink the portion. I did not enjoy my experience of ordering Uber eats from this HERO location. I recently just ordered from them and my poutine... was overly salty that I had to throw it out, there was barely any cheese curds on my poutine, and also my signature burger wasabsolutely tasteless. Not the best Hero I've ever been to. They made 2 mistakes in order of 3 burgers, including wrong side and wrong topping (our... order wasn't complicated at all)! Also, the table was very very dirty as I alcohol wiped it! The food was good as usual, nocomplaints there. Read more
Ordered milk shakes for the family. Don?t know about the other flavours but stay clear of the cookies and cream shake. Don?t... know which cookies they use but it tastes medicinal. All of us ordered the same flavour and none of us could finish it. Even mykids. Now that says something. Ordered 4 burgers 2 original cheese burgers and 2 spicy crispy sandwiches. The cheese burgers were good but both the chicken... burgers felt small in comparison to other locations. taste was ok felt like they put too much mayo. Not sure why they squishedall the sandwiches very tightly cause it caused one of the sandwiches to become distorted. Read more
Nice clean place with amazing burgers and excellent customer service. The food was ready in under 10 minutes and the patties... were juicy, chewy and fresh. Standard hero certified burger yumminess. I wouldnt recommend blue cheese burgers if you arentaccustomed to it given its an acquired taste and it isnt like some modified version of cheddar and mozzarella. They have a newvegan burger out which i am wanting to try and see what it tastes like. I love my meat(no pun intended) but i am always open totrying other options. They do seafood???!!! I ordered from Uber eats but it was under Hero Certified Seafood. I was confused at first but it was... coming from the same location as Hero Certified Burger. It came in their packaging as well. Maybe they are testing the wholefish and chips market out but the fish is definitely not on par with what you expect and get when you order a burger.
