The owner and staff are very impolite and they don?t know how to speak with customers. When I waited with my baby to pay the... waitress didn?t care us and she started to put the forks and spoons in the counter top. When I asked her to serve me she spokevery impolitely and said to me you have to wait. The owner behaved like her staff. They made me nervous and caused me spokeloudly and my baby cried more. One of the counter lady was extremely rude, I wanted grilled salmon well done She replied the salmon is already cooked and on... the display and that I can take a look and asked me if I want it or not (with very rude tone) How do I know if it's well done ornot? I came and visit this location today and ordered Chicken Souvlaki Meal. I am kinda disappointed due to several reasons. The rice... is kinda hard and seems that it wasn?t cook well and tastes like plain rice with a yellow color. The chicken was dry and tasteslike salmon. And the potato is sour. I don?t know what?s going on but I hope this won?t happen again to me or to anybody else. 3stars were given coz I?m able to swallow it and finished the whole meal even though I had sad eating experience. Our whole family enjoy eating at Jimmy the Greek Hillcrest. They have the most juicy, tender chicken souvlaki than any Greek... restaurants so far we have. We would choose from chicken souvlaki dinner, lamb leg or lamb chop dinner. The whole meal comeswith rice, 4-5 pieces of potato and their signature Greek salad. The potato cooked perfectly and we really love the seasoning,very tasty with the tzatziki sauce. Their home made hot sauce was very flavorful and we asked for it every time. Their salad wasalways fresh, we usually include everything with black olives. Staff are very friendly. Fast service every single time. Largeportion. Price are very reasonable. Staff is beyond rude and so unsanitary. Manager is handling cash and touching the food and wiping the counter. Also in the... kitchen while not wearing hair net. Go here if you want hair in your food and germs in your chicken. ???? Read more
