It?s a good place but staff is very rude and unprofessional. This is the second time their waiters are misbehaving with us. I... had some guest who had come from Europe and I wanted them to have a good experience but the poor trained staff here made it abad experience for us. Won?t recommend this place at all. Read more
Excellent place for shisha! I go there quite often and I?ve tried their regular shisha and speciality ones with an orange head.... They are always prompt with service, checking in on us and also replacing coals for shisha. The food is quite good as well!Their Mandela fries are delicious. The only thing I?ll comment on as a criticism is the bathroom is quite smelly, they shouldput a fan in there to circulate air. Also in the summer time outside in the patio there can be a sewage smell that can be smeltfrom certain tables. May be worth trying to see if that can be fixed. Read more
Nice setting and ambience of a shisha place. Busy even on a Sunday night. Service a bit slow- only one server appeared to be... there for the whole place that day. Za'atar bread tasted fresh and the nachos were graciously loaded. Serving sizes are fairlylarge - perfect for a group of 4-6. Will go back. Read more
I have been going to Mandala for years (way back before they renovated the place) with both friends and family. Always enjoyed... their Shisha and comfortable setting. Their food is great too. During recent Covid-19 restrictions, I feel that Mandala hasmanaged the restrictions with professionalism. Posted some of the photos that I have, as I have many (some are old). Overall, a pretty good place to chill with your friends at night. It?s nice and clean as well, service is quick. Music can be a... bit loud at times so talking and listening could be sightly difficult. Prices for shisha and food is a bit expensive and theportion is not too big. Read more
Shisha is mid not top tier, I'd give it a 7/10 depending on what add ons you get. The fancier you get I'd then rate it a 8/10.... The decor and ambience sets a perfect environment for friends to gather and connect. Music is at a perfect level not too loud.Great vibes. Read more
