Workers were being berated by a rude man so I can understand that he likely soured their mood but I found that the workers were... quite rude to me following that rude mans order. I would say there was a 50-50 fault in the altercation in front of me but thereis no reason to treat me rudely right after. Please teach your staff how to stay calm and de-escalate issues like this. Also, Ido not know if the mc Donald's SOP is to give the coffee fraps at a thumb width below the edge but can you guys add a bit more?At least at the edge of the cup's rim to at least make it look full? The experiences here are horrible. DONT GO! They missed my apple pie order on the first time. I ordered apple pie through mobile... order again, and the lady at counter told me they are so sorry that they do not have apple pie at this moment and would refundit. At least I don?t see any credit back on my credit card or mobile app. Today, I went for drive through again. It takes melike 20 mins to finish a pick up order. I suppose it to be a fast food restaurant. And each counter keeps on repeat and repeatasking what is my order. It was a mess. Read more
I ordered my meal through mobile app tonight. When I was nearby the restaurant, the order was sent and confirmed automatically.... Then I was told by the staff in the restaurant that all of their machine was down and they could not make any food. Then I askedthem to cancel my order and they said they do not know how to do that and could not refund me. They told me I can pick up myfood at the McDonald's across the street and they will make a call to transfer my order there. When I went to the otherMcDonald's and the staff there told me that they couldn't do that, it is none of their business. So I went back to the originalrestaurant and found nobody left in the restaurant. So, I spent 21.33 CAD and did not get anything. This is totallyunacceptable. Read more
A very busy McDonald in Richmond Hill area. Surrounded by gas station. big shopping mall and a high school across the street, ... I usually went there to buy Take-out, because it's not easy to find a seat. Today, a Saturday afternoon, it was not thatcrowded , easy to find a seat , nice and comfortable. Sorry McDonalds, this location in Richmond Hill, needs some direction given to their staff taking the orders. I am constantly... getting wrong orders as the person taking the order either isn't listening properly or has challenges with the English language,or both. I believe they are rushing and not doing proper follow through. It's been so bad that I expect there to be a problemevery time I go through the drive through. Absolutely no customer service unless I challenge them. Not a single thank you or anattempt to correct things. I should expect more but I've given up. Time to say goodbye to McDonalds. Busy location as always and it sets on a small plaza. Parking is tight. Their drive through employees were friendly, efficient... and they took the orders quick. From ordered, picked up the food and got out from drive through around 10 minutes. Please keepup the good services ! Read more
This is the 2nd time this location got my order twisted. I got happy meals for my kids and they forgot to add the hot cakes I... ordered and paid for. Confirmed my order twice while in drive thru, still got it wrong, dressed the burger when I only asked for cheese and sauce.... charged me for mayo and i didn't get any. Nuggets were cold and hard. !sorry but I wasted hard earned money on this. Read more
