By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They were so disorganized behind the counter. Food tasted horrible and stale.... There were fruit flies all over the soft drink/napkin/straw area. There were also fruit flies in the enclosed donut/muffinshelf, which they acknowledged. They simply just gave me a new donut from the fridge and just left the showcased baked goods asis. really worst experience today. Drive in and got wrong bill, missing drinks. I ordered happy meal and drive through means I do... have kids on the car and can?t leave my kids go directly, however I had have to walk in for pick up missing drinks twice and Atleast 5 people working front, no one say sorry. The manager who took my order is not helpful and showed poor attitude. I am a new user to the MacDonald mobile App. I am already... logged into the app but didn't know which tab in the App to go to in order to collect points on my order. The manager was nothappy with me asking for help, and was annoyed and rudely told me to log into the Mobile App (which I was already logged in) andasked me to find it myself. It probably would have taken her 3 seconds to show me where I can locate the code but she refused tohelp. I am sorry for this lady manager who wear glasses (I wouldn't waste my time to ask for her name) for her poor customerservice and lack of professionalism. Read more
I would love to give minus 5 if i could . want a chicken patty in the cheese burger instead beef patty and i have also said... them that they can charge me extra for the chicken patty . they said if i would give it to you other customers would also do thesame.. ???????? so you mean i am gonna shout and tell everyone out their that ,, they give chicken patty instead beef patty.. iwas almost everyday customer but not gonna look at this place ever.. atleast learn to give nice excuse ???????????? Came for breakfast and ordered black small coffee. When I tasted the coffee it was not that hot and it was sweet. I couldn't... drink it so I took the cup as is and hand it over to the ladies on the counter and asked them to replace it. They gave me thedirty look as if am lying and then took the cup from and poured me another one. Just before giving it to me the lady turned andtook the little sticker out. Seriously!!! If I was after your stupid sticker I wouldn't have given a cup that has a sticker onit. Customer service doesn't exist in this place and this is not the first time am faced with this lack of respect. The staff at this location was friendly. Unfortunately this location only offers regular coffee for hot beverages. I went in... wanting to order a mocha but they don?t offer them at this location. Read more
