Terrible it was so very busy we waited 20 minutes for our food! I was with my kids they were absolutely starving it was this... past Saturday night after wonderland my older daughter couldn?t even eat when we got it she was so hungry that it made her sickthe garbage was overflowing and the washrooms were horrible dirty diaper and beer cans in the stalls! Maybe this location isunder staffed! Staff was very friendly and pleasant minus the girl mopping up the mess from the fountain drink explosion someonepunched the machine and she was very overwhelmed about it. Ordered online on July 26 at 12:17PM, when I arrived, the door was closed with few other people waiting outside for their food... and nobody knew what's going on. I was in rush. I tried to get answer but none of the staff inside cared to give us anyexplanation. I left and sent the company email about my order. Their email respond came few days after claiming because I didn'treceive the order, they won't charge me. Funny!!! I was already charged the full price. No refund was made and nobody cared toexplain what was going on that day. Also, this place is the worst for dinning in because it's never clean. Read more
The manager steven was so professional and efficient! He cares about customer experience and has a great attitude!! He is hands... on and very supportive of his team and his clients!! Let the pictures speak for itself. Filthy place with ants and garbage bins overflow to very slow service and drinks quality,... coke washed down. At least 5 staff working I can see, understaff or mismanaged? Read more
1 star rating too high for this place. This McDonald's has got to be the most descusting dirty restaurant I have ever been in.... There was garbage not only in their parking lot but also the surrounding buildings. Walked in and this continued into therestaurant. I had gone to the washroom prior to ordering and OMG that just made me turn around and leave and walked out beforeordering. Didn't even get to the counter. If the condition of all this is this bad I can only imagine what the kitchen lookslike and the cleanliness of the prep areas and the equipment. Hopefully corp mcd comes in and does something with themanagement as they certainly are in the wrong business. Going to think twice before going to any McDonald's especially with myfamily. Read more
Bad Experience!! Placed an order for curbside, ordered two waffle fries, 3 smoothies and a large coffee. Waited over 12 minutes... until someone finally brought the food out -- with the coffee missing. Waited another 5 minutes to get the large coffee. Kidscan't wait and started the waffle fries in the car, it is cold inside-out. Feels like it's been sitting in the restaurant for awhile, hard and no taste. Read more
Clean restaurant and speedy friendly service despite the bad reviews here. Food is consistently fresh and accurate orders. I?ve... been coming to this location for 25 years since i was a kid. There?s been many renovations throughout its life and lots ofmemories here. The owners obviously care about the spot, making sure the service and dining environment are always up to par.
