The customer service is really bad. And I don't mean bad for any McDonald's? I mean specifically this location. Nearly every... order has an error; wrong meals, poor quality (relative to other McDonald's), and often missing items entirely. Check you bagbefore you drive off. And, if you are dining-in and expect a better experience, don't hold your breath. They treat you like youare in the wrong when you they give you the wrong meal. I understand some customers can be picky, but believe me, I'm not one ofthem. Just a regular menu item from the kiosk with no changes is apparently very difficult to get right... twice. And don'texpect to keep the monopoly stickers from your wrong burger either. Ha! They peal them off for you, because man, it would be areal drag if they ended up having to give you a small coffee because of their mistakes... Skip this location. Drive a coupleminutes north to the Aurora location if you can, or further south into Richmond Hill. Hopefully the new King location is not thesame management. Read more

Worse customer service ever Were waiting in the lineup to order first! For 10 minutes in front of the empty cashier. When the... cashier came he asked me what do you need. I told him 10 gift cards , he told me it will take time and let me first get theorder from people behind you!!! So he passed the whole line before me. Some of the orders took longer than mine 10 giftcards. Next time when my wife asks me to buy gift cards will not go to McDonald's Read more

Very inconsistent customer service. There is one short asian lady in particular that is absolutely terrible to deal with.... Ordered a poutine with extra gravy and was dissapointed that they had completely skimped out on the gravy. When asking the stafffor more (as I had paid for extra) this lady rudely and loudly interrupts with no. This exact scenario has happened countlesstimes; she is just an horrible person to interact with and obviously could not care less about customersatisfaction. Fortunately the younger staff are actually reasonable, but my dining experience is completely ruined any time Ihave the misfortune of running into her. Read more

Great customer service. They got my order wrong, I called them and the person on the phone was extremely apologetic. Provided me... with a code for a brand new free order.. either to use now or later. I went in to pick it up and he gave me extra fries andapologized again. Read more

Consistently poor customer service. Every time I visit this McDonald's, whether I'm dining in, taking out, or even at the drive... thru this McDonald's never fails to make me wait. Even for just a quick smoothie I had to wait over 20 minutes. For a smallburger at the drive thru I still need to park in a reserved spot to wait for someone to come deliver my order. This McDonald'sis always incredibly slow and just delivers a poor experience. Read more

Lobby was moderately busy but everyone kept their respectful distance and there was plenty of seating available. Ladies bathroom... is very well maintained and staff are very friendly. Food was well cooked and serving time was excellent. Read more

This is a cozy modern place. Very clean. Staff are nice. They serve fast... Parking are lots. Easy to locate. Lots of tables.... There are self serve machine too. We had a good time with group of friend and family. Even other customers are kinda nice too.We enjoyed our visit here. Read more
