Came here for a birthday dinner and it was such a great experience. After driving by this place many times, we finally decided to try it. I am so glad we did. This will be my go to place for... Mexican food. The decor and ambience are awesome as is the staff. I barely eat Mexican, but was thoroughly impressed by the food of Mexican Amigos. Their portions were generous and the food was... delicious. Their dishes were seasoned alright, but their hot sauce is delicious. However, I found them to be on the slightlypricier side compared to some of the other Mexican restaurants. I would recommend getting their Mexican Bulldog as a drink asit might be one of my favourite alcoholic beverages I've ever ordered at a restaurant. Read more
One of the best Authentic Mexican restaurants in the GTA. Great service and atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was amazing.... We order the flautas for appetizers, and chicken enchiladas and Birria tacos for the main course. We also were able to watch theRaptors game from a mini-TV at our table. Definitely worth a return! Such a great Mexican restaurant. The flavours were authentic and the portions were just right. As a vegan, I had no problem... picking a meal. There was no lack of flavour. The rice had a depth of flavour you don't find anywhere else. The cocktails werevery good. Not skimping on the alcohol. The staff. You are all amazing! My friends and I were there for four hours on a quietafternoon. We saw two different shifts during that time. Both were attentive and friendly. Finally got a chance to try this restaurant! Maria was so friendly and lovely! Food was great and came out pretty fast.
