I think maybe the owners changed, taste wasn't the same, instead of giving full pitas,they cute them, it didn't add up to 2... pitas. The chicken filet use to be 2, instead only 1 small piece with way to much rice. We use to always order from here,maybe its time to move on. Read more

Great service, staff are always warm and welcoming. Food taste amazing and proportions is great. Never any issues thus far.... Great location as well. The restaurant is also kept very clean each time I come, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend andwill keep coming back! Only thing I ask for is a little more pita bread for appetizers, otherwise everything else isgreat. Update (Thursday May 26, 2022): My mother had gotten take out today and hers was fine however, mine was not. There was asuper long hair in my chicken gyro. I have never had any issues prior at this location but this is unacceptable. I?ve seenanother review a customer had this happen to, so maybe employees should keep their hair up in hair nets or something to preventthis from happening. I was driving through the neighbourhood when I saw the Mr. Greek sign and decided to stop for some Greek food. The staff was... incredibly nice in comparison to other Mr. Greeks I've visited in the past. I got a pork meal with fries and a pork pitasandwich. When I brought it home and unwrapped it, I was blown away by how nice it looked. After such a long period, it waswonderful to enjoy Greek food again. Will be coming back soon. Read more
Horrible dining & customer service experience with Mr. Greek at Bathurst & Carrville. We had 2 families with 4 adults & 2 kids... celebrating the family day together last Monday evening. The restaurant seating area was very dark. We arrived at 6:40pm and myhusband went to line up to order the food. We have been dinning at many good Greek restaurants and didn?t know what to expectwith this location as it was self serve style. We were ok with that as long as the food was good as our kids were hungry. Thereceipt showed we ordered at 6:59pm & 7:10pm because 2nd family ordered via their iPad. Both families ordered the exact sameitems - feast for 2 $36.99 and a chicken pita $7.29. Our first order came at 7:48pm, since my daughter was starving so we lether eat first. When we opened the container of our chicken souvlaki, there were only 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces ofpotatoes. We were very disappointed as the pictures were misleading showing huge portions on the flyer/ menu but we didn?t sayanything. That was until our friends? order was ready. Their order came at 8:11pm. It had been over an hour to get the food. Assoon as they opened their containers, we found our order was missing one stick of chicken souvlaki on each dinner. My husbandtook a pic of the two different portions and showed the different portions. Instead of correcting the issue they asked why wedidn?t bring this up before eating the first dinner. How could we know the exact portion if we didn?t see the comparison.Another staff member came with the missing food and a weak apology. At the end, it took 2.5+ hrs start to finish. Other thanthat it was a perfect Family Day meal. We will never step foot in this Mr Greek location or order anything from them. The foodwas average, Jimmy the Greek in Hillcrest Mall?s food court has much better food with way better service, and it?s just a foodcourt vendor. Mr. Greek is generally considered by many people "a healthy choice": fresh salads, grilled vegetables, grilled meats (pork,... chicken or lamb) give you a well balanced meal for an affordable price. This time we had souvlaki (pork and chicken) withvegetables, salad and potatoes. The food - in my taste - has a rather neutral taste - not too spicy, not too salty - targetingmajority of the crowd, the meats were well done (not by request) and as a result a little dry. I?ve ordered mr Greek from many locations and this has to be the worst location I?ve ever ordered from. Food was cold. No taste... at all. Chicken potatoes and rice all taste same. No seasoning used. Rice was soggy. I had to throw it out. Won?t be orderingfrom this location again. Read more
