Food is delicious. One of my favorite chicken place. Also very happy to see that they finally put the sauces back out after... covid. Few improvements, the layout of the place is not as open as the other location. The fountain drink machine is hidden andthat might be a disadvantage in sales for fountain drinks because people don?t see it. Also, there should be no reason why adouble chicken leg is sold out and a half chicken isn?t at 7:30pm. It is very obvious that you just want to upsell to the halfchicken meal which cost more than the double leg. I mean the leg is there and you are not sold out? makes zero sense. They werealso sold out of chicken wings. But overall, I ended up getting the half chicken and peri peri fried. Chicken tasted great andfried were crispy. I will come back but hopefully next time they are willing to sell me two chicken legs! Read more
UPDATE: Regarding the Response from Owner, I have already tried to contact customer service on the website multiple times, have... left multiple emails, phone messages and never received any response. I will not put forth any effort to ever eat food from youagain. Based on the other reviews, it's clear your location does not care about customers. Nando's in Richmond Hill isDISGUSTING! The last time I ordered from them, there were items missing and it looked like they packed us someone else's garbage(the attached picture was the "hummus platter" that literally looks like it was taken off someone else's table). The worst partis l called and emailed the restaurant MULTIPLE times and they never returned my call. I strongly suggest staying away from theRichmond Hill location. Nando's should be ashamed to be associated with this location. They simply do not care. Read more
Place looks good, food was OKAY- but doesn?t work when service is so poor! Lady at counter is extremely RUDE! The store has changed so much, the entire store is dirty the tables are sticky, washrooms are wet and dirty?. I had the worst... feeling didnt enjoy the food at all. The sofas are stained and the floors are sticky and dirty. I hope someone sees this anddoes deep cleaning ???? ???? Read more
All tables were sticky- yes I actually tried to find a clean one. Order was processed wrong, so the waitress accused me that I... made a mistake and brought the small salad back. I did not want to go Caren on them, so I said ok. 10 min later they cameapologizing and bringing the correct order. Chicken was literally a chicken- so small that was not enough for 2 adults, letalone a family. croûtons in Cesar salad, looked like leftover garlic bread, chopped in 1.5 inches cubes, you needed a saw tocut them to bite size. Dissapointed is a understament. Went here orderd the jumbo pakage. Was supposed to come with 4large sides and garlic bread. Was... given 4small sides and 2 slices half cut garlic bread..I have beeen going to this location since 1990s. Have seen the qualitydrop over the years..callled manager and basicallly was told to fly a kite.. AVOID THIS LOCATION at all costs. Taking hardearned money from people shame on you.
