Ordered online on the road and was ready to pick up right on time when we arrived. Nice and clean Pizza Hut. Convenient location... with many anchor stores in the plaza. Staff are friendly. Great deal for our family dinner tonight. Ordered the triple treatbox, less then $50 with tax all included. Pizzas & Chicken wings were delicious ! Will recommend friends and family to thislocation! I consider myself a pizza hut connoisseur and this location is by far the best pizza hut that I have tried in GTA. They make it... better than other hut locations. The way their baking machine is timed is perfect. Seriously, dont just take my word for it, tryit yourself. My favourite is the classic pan and stuffed crust. I know PH is pricier than others but worth it especially if youcan get it here! Read more
I am very upset and frustrated with this location. I will never be ordering from here again. Guys trust the reviews for this... place because I wish I did. I called in to place an order for delivery for TRIPLE TREAT BOX. I received 2 medium pizzas ONLY. Ipaid 60 dollars for 2 medium pizzas? By the time I had a chance to check my order the driver was GONE. I tried calling thelocation, however they were closed, how convenient. On top of this THE DELIVERY GUY ENTERED IN HIS OWN TIP and asked me to pay. I tried calling the call center, other locations and my only option was to wait till the next business day for the store toopen. Don?t be fooled it might look cheesy but it has one layer of cheese just slipping right off. It was all sauce. Couldn?t even eat... it without the cheese coming off. This is the worst pizzahut location ! I should give them 0 but unable to choose . Look at the pizza I got , on the whole pizza ,... I have spent 5 minutes to search on, there are only 2 pepperoni! Yes , only 2 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza, and a pieces ofmushroom .. I have complainted to pizzahut office , but no one cares ! Warning all pizza shoppers . Don?t trust pizzahut . First time ordering from this location and received the best customer service! I requested for my pizza to come with tomato... sauce on it, but when I opened the box up at home I noticed the pizza was made with alfredo sauce (I ordered the Smokey MapleBacon). I called the store and the gentleman offered to deliver a replacement pizza to me at no extra charge, he even put acouple free dips in the box! ???????? Read more
Order preparation was fast. Deducted one star as the person who was working the front was so tied up with phone calls, that the... only way they were able to greet me was by putting up their index finger, indicating for me to wait. Finally someone from theback came out to help me after about 5 minutes. Read more
