Chicken and rib festive special x 2. The ribs were dry and not warm, with a bit of fresh sauce slapped on top. One chicken leg... also small and dry. Dressing also barely warm. The coleslaw and bun are boring and chewy, as usual, and not worth the effort tochew. The best and freshest item was the baked potato. Our hostess was efficient, but that?s about it. We had a wonderful dinner at the Swiss Chalet at Rutherford and Yonge. This is our go-to spot. The food is consistently... delicious, good portions and the service is what you?d love from a Swiss Chalet. They?re attentive, kind, polite andefficient. We've been coming to this location for over 15 years. Our server Hwa K. has been serving my family and I for years. She always... goes above and beyond to make our visit special. Me and my partner wanted some easy cozy food. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a quarter chicken meal. They forgot the fries for... my meal, and his sandwich had a ton of HAIR in it. Will never go to this location again Read more

Ordered take out for pick up yesterday. It was not busy. It took about ten minutes after I arrived before anyone would... acknowledge me. To say that the staff is lackadaisical would be an understatement. Just absolutely no urgency or slightestinterest in providing an adequate level of customer service. I arrived at the time that they specified it would be ready andthey still made me sit for fifteen minutes until it was finally prepared. The food itself was disappointing. It appeared asthough it had been assembled by a vending machine. Two very small pieces of chicken. One round ice cream scoop of stuffing andone round ice cream scoop of potatoes. Which ended up being cold. I have included a photo of the Festive Special which is veryfar from appearing "festive." Whoever is the owner of this location, if you have a hands off approach to running thisrestaurant, it is time to get your hands back on it. Swiss Chalet should seriously consider if they want a franchise locationthat cares this little to continue under their banner. On a comedic note. Very poor quality of food. Our food was served cold and some perogies were still frozen. The fries and chicken pcs also did not... look & taste fresh. Chicken also seemed raw. Restaurant seating is dirty with stains. However the server was pleasant. Not worththe money is bringing your guests here. Read more
