We came here last minute with 30+ people and the servers and staff were so accommodating and kind. The service was exceptional... and they really went above and beyond to care for our large group with kids. This is our new favourite location and we will beback again. My favourite Swiss chalet location! The best servers by far. They make the experience much more enjoyable. Came here for takeout and they were pretty busy with food delivery orders and such. Note they have a separate entrance for take... out vs dine in which was a little confusing. We used a two can dine coupon which was pretty worth it, but I might not come herefor regular price. The chicken was tender and great but the gravy was way too salty, I had to drown it out with fries/coleslawevery other bite. The spring rolls were just average too, but the coconut pie was excellent. Ordered a full rack of back ribs and chicken on a Kaiser. Received side ribs and my chicken sandwich had very little... chicken. Ive been ordering this sandwich for two decades. Called the location and they told me that they would creditme. Similar thing happened last year as well (I rarely splurge on restaurants) and, never got a credit. Disappointing:( Read more
Very good overall. I went for lunch, and I was only one of two tables. I ordered dark meat quarter chicken with a chicken soup... and a lemon meringue pie. The chicken was a tad under and when I pointed it out the women offered to bring me another portion.Other than that very tasty from beginning to end, a good meal to enjoy. Read more
I’ve frankly been to many Swiss Chalets in my life, or restaurants for that matter. This one, owned by John and served by... Zorhan, tops them all. The service was fast, and the server was patient and kind, despite us having a huge group, and many kids.Speaking of kids, John really knows how to keep our kids entertained and occupied while the adults placed their orders!Everything was done not just impeccably but above and beyond our expectations. Even the food, which I previously assumed wouldtaste the same in every franchise, was better and fresher here surprisingly. Thank you so much for a great experience, adultsand children alike.
