Nothing like fresh hot delicious Hakka Chinese cuisine. Ordered hakka noodles and sweet n sour chicken with egg fried rice

Horrible service! Chicken pakoras were black and burnt. The hot and sour soup had smelly chicken. They HIDE the fact they charge... you a 10% tip on all orders and don?t provide a receipt with detail breakdown so they can hide it! I had to ask for my bill andnoticed a 10% tip already charged, to then be told it?s ?management fees? like wth which management does this? And why wouldn?tyou make it known. Everything here is just red, and not tasty at all. Look at the pics I've posted. (They arent filtered, they actually are red!).... I have tried it multiple times in the hopes that it may have improved over the years but nope. Flavour is bad. Worst was theAmerican chopsuey - Overly sweet and of course red. I rly wanna like this place since I like Hakka but the food is just not very flavourful. Chicken corn soup and veggie spring... rolls are good and some dishes like honey chicken is alright. But the fried rice, shrimp etc are just honestly not good. Theportion sizes are really big but not exactly great quality. Read more

Warning- health hazard, don?t go. By far the worst restaurant we visited. We ordered soup and Shanghai noodles, fried rice,... chilly chicken. All the dishes were awful. Chicken was rotten and food was so bland. All we tasted is rotten chicken. Staff wasso weird and unwelcoming, they just wanted us to brush off from the restaurant. Clearly there is a huge quality control issue inkitchen and chef is a noob. I will never visit their restaurant ever again. Read more

Was pretty disappointed because your store wasn't open within the posted hours. Can't comment on the food because you weren't... around. Would recommend calling first before dropping in like I did since they simply may not be open, regardless of what theposted hours say. Read more

The photo says it all. Craziest part was that there was 3-4x the amount of the noodles that I ended up chucking beforehand. I... tried my best to salvage whatever chicken I could find amongst the hellfire of noodles they gave me. When I opened the lid,there was an entire BRICK of noodles shaped to the dimensions of the container. I cannot believe how bad this restaurant is.Staff are miserable to put it lightly. Absolutely horrific customer service. 1. I walked in and the staff for no reason at all greeted my daughter and I so rudely . My... daughter (11yrs) was deciding what she wanted and she couldn?t do quick enough for this lady. 2. I ordered cantoneas chickenchow mein , it was literally a pool of sauce. My daughter had to dig under the sauce for noodles with literally 2 slithers ofchicken. I addressed this with the front staff and they called out an older man that appeared to be the owner or manager. Hesaid thats how it was made and he didn?t ask me to come into his restaurant, that i had come in voluntarily. I was completelytaken away of the garbage of response he gave me. What kind of business owner says that to a customer. The food was not edibleand absolute trash. Save your money and support a business that actually care about quality and customers.
