slow as heck. all they care about drive thru . takes 30 min to get coffee inside . slow as heck ! never again
Franchisee owner or whoever takes care of stocking is terrible at his job. 50% of the time there is no large chocolate milk... available. The thing has an expiry date of 2 weeks+. If you see that something is constantly running out of stock, do you notthink to perhaps order more? This location is very similar to one of those old run down coffee times who went bankrupt. Poor management and next to 0... service. Keep it up, hopefully soon something else opens in your place who has a better service. Can't believe they'd risk theirbusiness by putting a bunch of kids who don't care about what they give out to the customers, sad. Read more
I just got a drink there an hour ago and I have to say this is the best Tim Hortons in this area. The young lady and the... gentlemen were so nice. My kids said we have to visit Tim Hortons more this summer instead of going to McDonald's which hashorrible service since last year (they were good many years ago, but now the old staffs are really really mean if you ask themquestions.) Morning tummies through the drive through. Staff was great although appeared to be having issues with their headsets. Service... was fast and coffee and doughnuts were fresh what else could you ask for. Complaint is with the condition of their drive thruand parking lot. Desperate need of repaving. There is two ordering lanes however the one is permanently closed as there is sucha bad groove that it would probably scape the bottom of low cars. There is also large deep holes as you drive through that ifnot careful can lose a wheel or cause major damage to your car. Would come again however safer to go in and order as many havebeen doing. Out of doughnuts? What kind of doughnut shop runs out of doughnuts at 7 pm!! Not the first time either.
