I understand that the owner owns multiple stores and can't be bothered to make sure his stores are running properly. Second time... once in the morning and yesterday at 5pm 09/12/22 I wanted to order dinner for my son and I was told their was no food but justdrinks at the drive through.Then he offered me a buttered bagel. Really!!!I I wanted the roast beef sandwich. I was so mad andfrustrated I ended up just driving through. They seem to avoid the front and focused more at the drive thru. I had two employees look at me while I wait for someone to take... my order and they didnt even tell someone to go to the front. Read more
The worst experience with Tim Horton. I ordered by mobile and drive thru. I activated my offer but they didn't apply it on my... order. When I asked them to check again and apply, they answered carelessly and rudely that it can't be applied. I orderedChocolate eclair by mobile order, but at the counter they changed it. So I just tried the new Caprese Artisan sandwich. I was so excited the moment I saw it on the menu. What a sad disappointment.... It's a toasted bun, with lots of lettuce, thin sliced tomato, pesto and 1.5 mozzarella slices (not even 2!) hardly1mm thick!!Wow!! If you like cheese, don't waste your money. By far the worst Tim Horton's location I have ever been to. The staff is beyond rude and when you confront them their excuse is... that they're busy! they never pay attention to the customer when placing an order and always rush you and as a result, theyalmost always mess up your order. And to top it off this morning when I was at the drive through after receiving my order, Iwas trying to check it, as usual the employee started to rush me again and when I came to the office I unwrap the bagel Iordered and there is Ink on the cream cheese.
