The staff are always fighting with each other any time i come there. They dont redpect to each other at all so the same to... theire customer. 2 middle aged women that are working there, they think they are queen and font care about the otherones. So sorespectless. Some one really needs to arrange them. Anytime i come there i think i am coming to a jungle and every staff istrying to eat the other staff. The manager should train theire employee if she or he wishes to keep the rate of review high. Iwont ever never come back to this store. Monday 5.30ish am... Lady attended at drive through not only the way she took my order with a mad tone, but at the time that I... picked up my order she gave me cold coffee, bad attitude and long face. Honestly don't know how this has almost 4 stars. This location is the absolute worst. Countless times of not having baked goods... in stock. Being told at 1PM they have stopped making the soup for the day. Drive-thru is a joke. Ordered 3 DD an Iced Capp andgot asked to wait at the speaker because it was a big order. Take the extra 3 minute drive to Leslie and Elgin to the gasstation Tims. Read more

Worst possible customer service I encountered. I waited 15 min in drive through to order. I asked the lady what muffins they had... available and asked if they had the chocolate hazelnut muffin. She did not answer me instead she yelled back at me asking if Ididn?t hear the options available. I told her I just wanted to check and she again yelled at me asking if I couldn?t hear her. Icancelled my order and left. Honestly never encountered such a rude customer service in my life. Worst possible Tim Hortons Iwent to. People should not be working if they hate their jobs. I don?t possible understand why customer service representativeshave no respect for customers. I will not be going back there anymore. Read more

Actually 1 star is too much for this branch staff. On every visit this store my family have been experiencing unpleasant... frustration due to cashiers. There is usually working an old female cashier who merely trained properly in Tim Hortons food, appusage, daily deal/promotion, or customer service manner. They also surprise customers in rude behavior w her/their own mistakes. Read more

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. The worst experience I?ve ever had with Tim Hortons. Poorly managed with extremely rude staffs.... Unbelievable how they treat customers. Don?t go to this Tim hortons, I was SHOCKED how outright rude they are.I was the only carin drive through and they asked me to wait at front door .I was waiting for 20 min and still no sign of my order, I went insideand asked about my order and one of the rudest person I have ever seen ( an Asian girl) told me why you rush me,(after 20 min) I am preparing your order. Worst Tim Hortons ever. Multiple visits and every single time they got my order wrong. Imagine ordering a burger / sandwich and... they forget to put the patty in it? All the employees are focused on the drive thru yet the drive thru line ups are crazy anddine in guests get served with delay. The whole staff need training. Many a times they have enough staff but are not trainedwell or do not know how to handle even a slight increase in the number of guests. Today barely 3 vehicles in drive thru and 2guests in dine in and yet a poor customer experience Will change or update this rating based on my future 10 visits experienceto this location . Read more
