I usually try to find the positives in places I visit, unfortunately this tim Hortons was a big disappointment I went in for a... free birthday breakfast sandwich (Sept 11) and it was very busy, the person at the cash was not friendly or helpful, in factwas quite rude. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I got the food and it was awful. The only good thing was the drink. I won't goback for food or recommend this location. Read more
Washroom very dirty no soap and clogged toilet. Store is located at 895 Jane street M6N 4C4. Staff didn't care and people were... sitting inside without masks. My wife went to buy coffee but regreted it and walked out because of filthy store. Read more

Would recommend go to the other location 800 meters away from this location. Waited for half hour after placing mobile order. I... found the staff missed few item, including drink and 10 timbits. but the staff didn?t tell me. Until I went back to cashier,they admitted that they replaced 10 Timbits with one donut. They never informed me about this replacement nor provided refunduntil I asked. A box of 10 timbits is $2.99 + tax while one donut is just $1.29 + tax. Management of order is completely messedup. if I didn?t check on site, I would have been charged extra money. Read more
