Very disappointed in how this place treats customers. I come to this place a lot and my family and friends come here frequently... too as we live nearby and this place is on my way to/from work. However today I received very disappointing service. I bought abagel and coffee and I had some time before my next appointment, so I went inside the cafe and sat at one of the tables so Icould eat my lunch. The cafe was empty, only one other table was taken. As soon as I sat down a lady came to me and told me thatI couldn?t eat there as the tables belong to the restaurant. I said that I bought this coffee and bagel in this place so I justwanted to quickly eat it here. She said no, you bought this from the takeout section, not restaurant section, so you have topick up your take out order and leave. I really didn?t understand why she was going through the trouble to make me leave as Ibought the food from this establishment and the restaurant was empty, so I was not holding people in line or anything like that.So I left, but I still cannot understand why that woman made me leave and what trouble that would give her if I ate my foodthere for 10 minutes. Obviously I will pass on this place from now on. Read more

I have gone to this location a few times now for a morning bagel. Every time i have gone the ladies who work the takeout... counter are not friendly. They never smile, never say hello and it seems like everything you ask is an inconvenience. The foodis good but its an uncomfortable feeling being served by someone who is giving attitude for no reason. Read more

I went in to What a Bagel to pick up fresh bagels to bring to work on a Friday. The Sesame bagels were still warm out of the... oven at 7:00 in the morning. The herb and garlic cream cheese was absolutely delicious. Lots of garlic in it, just as I like it.The great thing about their bagels is that they stay fresh, even overnight, so you can enjoy them the next morning. Mycolleagues rave about the bagels. They was a small lineup, but they move people through in an efficient manner. Great businesswith great product and great people. Read more

Great place to go for breakfast. My husband and I go often as it's nice to get a delicious meal. As soon as you walk in, the... smell of fresh baked bread hits you and it's delicious. You choose your bagel, then choose your topping and your bagel isfreshly made with your choice of toppings. The desserts are amazing. The chocolate croissants are soft and moist. Highlyrecommend anyone that is looking for a delicious breakfast to visit. Read more

The food was excellent. The lady taking my order didn't toast my bagel but did add plenty of onion as requested. The place was... very busy but I ended up with a good lunch. Would recommend it if in the area. Read more

I didn't visit this location of What A Bagel for over a year, but my revisiting experience echoed my past experience of dislike.... The primary reason was the woman who worked as the cashier there, she was a very bossy woman who likely was the owner. She hadsome real temperament issues and needed improvement. Her customer service attitude was sour. Other than that, the rest wereaverage. I would rather drive 5 more minutes to the Bathurst/Rutherford location What A Bagel, which was much better in serviceand everything else. Read more

The worse service ever, come it to grab something to eat. Got the danish, stand by the cash register for 5 minutes waiting while... all 4 lady standing and chat, ignoring their customer. The attitude was like she is about to attack someone, very rude. Read more
