Don't waste your time going to this place that knows nothing about customer service. I worked in the restaurant industry for... years as a waitress so I know what I'm talking about. The waitress tonight was horrible. They ran out of jalapeño poppers so Iasked to accommodate me if they could possibly give me an upgrade to onion rings instead of fries w. We ordered from this location tonight. When we attended to pick up our order at the designated time I was told to wait 5 minutes... which is completely fine, the problem is that when I got home which is less than a 3 minute drive, the food was cold. Not evenroom temperature, actually COLD. When I called to notify them they basically didn?t care and just said that they won?t refundthe order, not that I asked for a refund. It took us almost 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered an appetizer but everything came out together and came out wrong with... the wings cold. The menus are disgusting like other reviewers have mentioned. It was a Friday night and the place was packed.The server told us it was her first day and she was completely alone.
