WORST location for dunkin or Baskin Robbins. Locked the doors over two hours before their closing time and extremely rude when... you even try to order. Don't even waste your money coming here, it will be better spent driving to another one. I just went to this location and they gave me the wrong donuts after taking my money in the drive thru. I asked for my money... back and the guy says no refund. How is that and I am waiting for the rest of my order and I didn't even leave the window. Thenhe says I have to come back tomorrow for my refund because the manager is not here. September 4th I arrived at 9:50pm. The girl turned off the lights and just stared at me through the window. It's so sad people... don't care about other peoples time or gas wasted to get there. I never right reviews because normally I Just brush it off as a lost on the company side. But this blew my mind and maybe I?m... wrong, but I know I am nothing but right. I now this location works slow especially during the even shifts. I went there withthe idea of buying a ice cream cake which I new they had because I parked in front of the store to look at there fridge to makesure they had options because of Covid not being able to go in directly . Not knowing what the options were I decided to get inthe drive thru line. Which by the way they took one order at a time having each driver pull up to the window after ordering,pay , and we all watched until they fulfill the order to ask the next person in line what they wanted. Only, after the otherperson has driven off.So on so on and so on.... it took about a good 20 to 30 mins before I was even asked what I wanted notwhat I would like. I asked what kind of ice cream cakes they had available. I was told to pull up to the window which I did andasked the same question again. Then I was told automatically NO we don?t have any which I said I parked in front of your storeto look towards the fridge and saw that you do have, but I did not know the options. Which then i was told they were not goingto bring any to the window because it might break. Now first of this a ICE CREAM CAKE attention ICE CREAM cold and hard I?m notasking to bake then bring it to me. Second I asked what were the options. They just decided not to give any.
