I just went to this location and they gave me the wrong donuts after taking my money in the drive thru. I asked for my money... back and the guy says no refund. How is that and I am waiting for the rest of my order and I didn't even leave the window. Thenhe says I have to come back tomorrow for my refund because the manager is not here. I will never go back to this location. Theyneed to shut down. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and the corporate office. Read more
September 4th I arrived at 9:50pm. The girl turned off the lights and just stared at me through the window. It's so sad people... don't care about other peoples time or gas wasted to get there. I never right reviews because normally I Just brush it off as a lost on the company side. But this blew my mind and maybe I?m... wrong, but I know I am nothing but right. I now this location works slow especially during the even shifts. I went there withthe idea of buying a ice cream cake which I new they had because I parked in front of the store to look at there fridge to makesure they had options because of Covid not being able to go in directly . Not knowing what the options were I decided to get inthe drive thru line. Which by the way they took one order at a time having each driver pull up to the window after ordering,pay , and we all watched until they fulfill the order to ask the next person in line what they wanted. Only, after the otherperson has driven off.So on so on and so on.... it took about a good 20 to 30 mins before I was even asked what I wanted notwhat I would like. I asked what kind of ice cream cakes they had available. I was told to pull up to the window which I did andasked the same question again. Then I was told automatically NO we don?t have any which I said I parked in front of your storeto look towards the fridge and saw that you do have, but I did not know the options. Which then i was told they were not goingto bring any to the window because it might break. Now first of this a ICE CREAM CAKE attention ICE CREAM cold and hard I?m notasking to bake then bring it to me. Second I asked what were the options. They just decided not to give any. I asked them so youguys have ice cream cakes there to sell, but are not going to because you don?t want to bring them up to a drive thru window.Which the answer was Yes....( I didn?t have the option to go inside due to Covid). Terrible is an understatement, it took them 15min to make 2 shakes, when I finally received my shakes it was so watery. Finally,... a young lady made both correctly. Total wait time 20mins for two shakes, I will NEVER spend my money here again. This has to be one of the worst locations for a baskin robbins. I went to get a sundae at this location on july 4th. I asked... for a sundae and the girl at the counter gave me a 3 scoop vanilla with strawberries all over it. No nuts, no whipped cream. I politely told her this is not what i ordered. Then argued with me for 10 minutes in the drive thru about the order. She evenadmitted i asked for a sundae but then rudely kept telling me that when I said i wanted strawberry toppings that cancels out theorder for a sundae. By showing that this location hires people as rude as this was shows that this one should go out ofbusiness soon. I would not be surprised if next year at this time that BR is a vacant lot. Read more
WORST location for dunkin or Baskin Robbins. Locked the doors over two hours before their closing time and extremely rude when... you even try to order. Don't even waste your money coming here, it will be better spent driving to another one.
